Customer service have been helpful but…
Customer service have been helpful but I am still waiting on item from pharmacy 2 weeks after prescription issued. Apparently I just have to keep checking with branch for delivery of item. Paid a lot of money for item so not at all happy. Won’t use Boots online doctor again or recommend.

Discusting service
Discusting service. Cancelled my order within 10 mins of being excepted and they chaged me £40 there is nothing in the terms and conditions that it's that amount..now going to the ombudsman. They've deleted all messages but I have copies...BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING AHEAD.

Any refund issued is provided as a gesture of goodwill, provided the request is made within 14 days of the order being placed, as our terms and conditions state that consultation and prescription services are non-refundable. Good service but took a while for prescription to arrive
Contacted them on a Sunday morning and by late sunday afternoon got a reply.
Needed to get some tablets, so chose delivery which took a while from getting posted to being delivered.
