Some customer service people are actually willing to help after all!
I only normally only leave 5* or 1* reviews - if I receive really good or really bad service that I think is worth commenting on.
However, I had a really really bad experience with Superdrug online, where I was locked out of my account for 4 days, and no one was willing to help. I got the standard responses.
However, my faith was restored when someone did actually get hold of it, and it was sorted.
I therefore have broken the habit of 5* or 1* and left a 3* rating!

Efficient service, reliable, like reminders they send now and then to reorder, also occasional discount vouchers are they give are welcome to- though took figuring out how to use; they should tell you how, ie that you have to note down the code to add in when ordering + press apply to make it register.

Terrible if your medication doesn't arrive
My most recent prescription hasn't turned up. The Hermes tracking says it is delayed and to contact the sender for more information.
It's been 12 days since it was dispatched and I have now completely run out. I contacted Superdrug three times, by online chat (Thursday), phone (Friday) and online message (Saturday), despite me telling them I had completely run out.
Now, I realise it's not Superdrug's fault that the delivery company has messed up, but it is their fault that I told them three times that I had completely ran out and needed it urgently and they didn't resend it.
They finally resent it today (Monday), after I called again and insisted on talking to a manager.
I won't be using them again.

I answered the questions that were then reviewed very quickly before the product was sent out, they also followed up.

Yet again I have bought something from the online shop only to be told it's out of stock two days later, over a week later and I still haven't got my refund! Not only that you are still advertising the item and taking people's money knowing you can't supply it. It's just not good enough for a company of your size and reputation, and there's certainly no need to take this long returning money you should never have taken in the first place.

Online chat help and refunds for items that didn’t arrive
Ordered online end of November. Was given a tracking number . Item never arrived. So got on to their online chat. Eventually after 3 weeks of explaining the item hasn’t arrived they admitted it must be lost and would give a refund. Great I thought. Still waiting for the refund not great. And when I check the my account page it says return in progress. Not looking forward to more online chat explaining an item hasn’t arrived. Won’t be using online sales with this store again.

Usually very good but the my latest order was shipped with heremes and i was out when they tried to deliver. so they sent a message saying they would try the following day, only to not try the following day, instead they sent it back to superdrug. that was a week ago, hermes still havent delivered it to either party, i cant get a refund or a order resent and ive still paid.

Nice smelling box of damaged items
My order arrived. Box was sticky and wet, opened box. Items had smashed. Shampoo and shower gel all over my other stuff. Have about a quarter left in the 2 x bottles. Have e mailed superdrug. No reply as yet...Order no.098355137 superdrug if you are reading this and want to get in touch.
January - Update . I got through to superdrug very helpful last on phone , items 're sent straight away, after sending photos of damaged items. Happy customer now
Useless Customer Service!
Placed an order but it arrived with 3 items missing. In my account it showed completed and shipped but it also showed 3 items had not been sent with no explanation. Sent 3 PMs and all were ignored and made 4 attempts to contact on their chat before getting someone who said that the 3 items had gone out of stock and they would make a refund. No apology or explanation why they had made the refund without being pestered and all I got was 'attitude'. On this occasion Superdrug were utterly useless!

What has happened to this company
After purchasing an online order only half the goods arrived. You cannot phone them only an on line chat service if you can call it that. After 4attempts, being cut off by various so called "happy to help" communicators I have succumb to a hand written complaint by post. I have shopped with super drug in store over the years but they are absolutely rubbish at online sales, I would advise don't bother!

Due to the fact the last 3x I’ve ordered from here. I have received the wrong order & has it ever been sorted? No. It has not. My most recent one was ridiculous as I spent a future on hair products & aftershave for family. & all I received was 1 single bottle of men’s shampoo. Not only was this not resolved but I never even got a refund. Tried to offer me points but I refuse to shop with them again
