The bed came with the incorrect…
The bed came with the incorrect headboards. The company was informed and the correct boards will be delivered and fitted within a fortnight, hence the loss of a star.

Flawless service at good price
Ordered a hospital bed for Mum. Total time from order to delivery was 10 days. The delivery guys (Rich and Darren) arrived exactly when they said they would and were fast and efficient in removing the old bed (Sorry it was so heavy guys!) and installing the new. Flawless process from start to finish at a reasonable price.

The service I received from Opera beds…
The service I received from Opera beds was OUTSTANDING from Riccado who helped me in my choices over the phone and patiently and clearly guided me around the Web site and followed up with an easy to understand quote with pictures of chosen products to Darrun and Rich who removed my old bed and installed the new one
removing all rubbish at the end. Communications with Opera beds was also excellent and much appreciated. You definitely get what you pay for and more with this company!🫠

Great customer service across the board…
Great customer service across the board - in the showroom, technical support, purchase of additional accessories, delivery and installation. Most importantly we have the right bed, and it's supremely comfortable, adjustable, and practical. The required functionality usually makes beds look medicalised, but not this one. My husband is terminally ill, so has particular medical needs - District nurses, doctors and care assistants have all been amazed this is bed is comfortable, and still helps them do their job too. It's an investment for sure, but we are both so pleased with it.
Nick and Greg just installed the bed raising system for "my" side of the bed this morning, in about 15 minutes. We bought this system for my husband's side at our original order a couple of years ago, and I wish I had installed one on my side from the start...because it makes making the bed so much easier if you can raise it up. When you have to make the bed several times a week, and sometimes a day, it's worth every penny to protect your back.
Thank you to the whole team at Opera beds - you've got two happy customers here, and in difficult circumstances every smile goes a long way.

Great customer service. Very helpful & efficient.
Such a helpful company. Our son is chronically ill, bed bound and Opera did all they could to advise and help us in choosing an air mattress. We mainly dealt with Michelle, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The company are easy to contact, either by phone or email, which is becoming a rarity. The 10 night trial is extremely helpful too, as it isn't always possible to know immediately if the mattress will be suitable or not.

Excellent communication regarding delivery and service. Excellent installation by Rich and Darren who were very professional and had the bed installed in no time. Having removed the old bed and all the packaging from the new bed. The Signature Comfort bed is good quality. The website was informative about the range of beds available for use at home. Ordering was straightforward by phone, with staff available promptly and able to give good advice. This helped to make an informed purchase.
Delivery and installation service was excellent. My purchase was needed urgently for a hospital discharge and the team came very quickly. There was good communication about delivery date and time, and the team was punctual.
The bed has been a complete success. It is described as "absolutely excellent" by the user and is helping with the sleep, comfort and mobility needed for recovery.

Excellent Customer Service
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Opera Beds for their excellent service. A special mention goes to Harry, our Living at Home Advisor, who was extremely helpful and arranged every detail for us with care and professionalism.
The delivery service was very efficient, and everything was set up perfectly for my mum, which gave us great peace of mind. We did need to return one piece of furniture, and nothing was too much trouble it was collected promptly and a refund was issued straight away.
Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in using Opera Beds again and would highly recommend them to others. A big thank you once again to Harry for ensuring everything ran so smoothly.

Alex and Paul were friendly and approachable from the first knock.
They’ve been so efficient and worked with professionalism and worked around me. They took their time and fit evening properly.
