After years of using they stopped paying. They won't reply to emails. Do not use

One of the very best survey platforms and I've tried a lot! The surveys are interesting and on a wide range of subjects. Rewards are deposited within a few minutes and the cashout level of £25 is pretty easy to attain. I highly recommend.

Really good rewards and generally interesting surveys

Always interesting and relevant. The surveys are frequent enough that you can reach the reward levels without being bombarded every 5 minutes. I love seeing the outcome of a survey quoted in the news or other media.

I have been a participant with Opinium for many many years and it’s great . It’s fun with the varied surveys they give, and it’s a great way to have your say . They pay your rewards swiftly and the amount of surveys which are frequently sent out , you don’t even realise you have added up to redeem your rewards . They have great surveys and also these surveys give you the opportunity to review yourself too . A win win . I love being part of this company and what they do . Their customer service portal is easy , efficient and just works . When you claim rewards it is so simple . Thank you for our lovely relationship over the years . ☺️

I have been repeatedly trying to contact them via email no response!
I will not answer any more surveys until they sort out my enquiry.

I cashed in my 25 reward over a month ago but nothing materialised.

Been writing to the support email (from the FAQ) and even though the email does not bounce I never get a reply.

Has anyone experienced this behaviour and have they resolved it?

they send out surveys , but most for the last 10 months do not load properly ,, icons do not show, submit , next buttons do not show,, answer boxes, vid clips, , but despite messaging them numerous times, these idiots never reply

What is happening at Opinium. They are not responding to emails - I have been waiting for a reward since the end of March - sent 3 emails now only had one response at early stage but nothing to last two follow up emails.

Opinium is one of the very best survey sites.Very low screen out rate and fair payment for your time. Interesting studies.Highly recommended.

I love Opinium, I’ve been using the platform for months. I started back in 2022 and never stopped, they are quick with payments, and able to give you surveys on a wide range of topics.

easy to complete a variety of different surveys on different topics you get a consistent amount of surveys to complete each week average survey times range from 10 to 20 minutes long.Rewards could be better though maybe get extra reward for completing 10 surveys could give there loyal members extra incentives

I do the surveys when l can believing l am contributing to the improvement of the society. Most of them are quite interesting and once in a while you get an incetive as a thank you for your collaboration. Every little helps...

I get regular surveys to take part in. On the whole they hold your interest and are worthy of your best attention. The rewards when you have reached the threshold for payment have always arrived as stated. I wouldn't put anyone off joining Opinium.

Nice little earner , doing surveys from 25p to £1, soon mounts up getting rewarded at end by exchanges for gift card for every £25 you earn
