I have been with opinium for quite a while now and it’s so easy to fill in the surveys (some short some longer) and the points quickly add up!! It’s a great way of giving your opinions and saving for something nice too….. 5 stars ⭐️

Have been a member for many years. In the beginning it was great, bit slow in paying out but still good. Now it is terrible, panellists are treated with contempt. Customer service does not answer any requests and payout takes forever with this Tipalti setup.

Works OK until you have an issue - their help email is hopeless - no one ever gets back to you- this has happened several times when I’ve had an issue with a survey. Recently a survey froze at 92% and in spite of sending a screenshot and an explanation- nothing! So I won’t get my £1 for that 20 mins of my time.

I’ve been with Opinium Research for a few years now and never had any issues but on the 18th of December I requested a payout and up to this day haven’t received it. I’ve tried emailing them but no response whatsoever

After years of doing surveys for them I now find I very often don't get paid. Just completed yet another survey worth £1, not paid. They do not answer queries about this.

I have cashed out a 25 pounds voucher and I lost it
I have tried to reach out to the company twice to get t replaced and no one has got back to me
not good enough when I have been working with them so long

i receive regular surveys to do that are very interesting. payouts are quick and easy to receive. it is one of the best survey sites to use

a wide variety of surveys with different reward amounts.plenty of surveys .The reward amount set at 25 euros would like to see it lowered to 20 euros also the reward amount is needs to be higher per survey.A trusted reliable survey company

Took surveys with this company for around 2 years. always felt like you didnt get enough reward for all your time. anyway, recently, i've been getting pop ups 1/3 the way through a survey, telling me that my answers are "implausible." i've never had this before. clearly, they are under new management, who are getting rid of people unfairly. do NOT imply i am being dishonest because YOU want to save money!!!!! disgraceful. i will say, to be fair, that i always got my voucher within 3 weeks time.

It's always good to answer these surveys. Not only do you make your opinion known, you get paid for doing so!

Interesting, regular surveys about politics and other topics. Opinium always pays quickly which is great !

All surveys are informative and easy and opinium is really rewarding.

One of the better survey sites, very rarely get screened out, a good amount of invitations rewards range from 25p to £1 per survey, pays out quickly

Surveys of different lengths. Payments relate to time taken for completion. Great way to build up a bit of pocket money!

I filled in lots of surveys to get to the £25 cash out point. I redeemed this prize and have not received it. I have emailed, I have logged a ticket on the helpdesk and tried to call. I haven't heard from anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Scam, applied for a gift card after done so many surveys and they said they sent the gift card , but never did!

One of the very best survey sites. Well designed surveys. I almost always qualify and the time the surveys take is the time they say. The rewards are always fair for the time taken.
