Our product range continues to expand, and our reliable next-day delivery service is second to none. We have in excess of £5.5million of stock held in our 70,000sq/ft Watford warehouses; this is backed up by a further £10million of stock that is delivered to us at 6.30 am from our primary supply partner. Therefore, enabling us to offer a next-day delivery service via our own vehicle and nationally via a carrier.

Chaos resolved
I made a mistake on my online order, called up straight away and spoke to Mike who handled my chaotic energy well. Issue resolved, order amended and within 8 minutes of receiving my amended order confirmation, I received my dispatch confirmation. Cant complain. Very happy with the service and help provided

Do not order from this company as their customer service is absolutely diabolical, I placed an order for some items to be delivered the next day and paid £10.00 for standard next day delivery only not to receive the items the following day, I called the company and spoke to someone by the name of Mike who advised that they will look into this and get back to me and sure enough no one did get back to me so I called them again only to be told the items have been lost in transit and then was advised that they will resend the items out again using UPS and when I asked for a compensation for the inconvenience due to the fact that I had a tradesman coming out that day to carry out the works which the items were needed for and had to cancel him coming down the person by the name of tim advised that we do not offer compensation, I’m appalled with their customer service I would definitely not be using them again in the future and would not recommend anyone else to use them either
