The service is second to none , I put an order in the afternoon and had it next morning ,I highly recommend “orbital fasteners “ to any trades person.

We ordered and received the goods very speedily. Unfortunately and through no fault of Orbital the goods were not suitable for the product and we had to return them. No problem - Orbital were very supportive and issued a full credit swiftly. We were very impressed with Orbital's efficiency and customer focus.

Quality fasteners and a good range. £10 min delivery charge makes smaller purchases painful but delivery is always rapid and reliable.

When notified that the delivery guy had not actually visited our property despite recording he had done and no one was in . Orbital fasteners immediately sent out a replacement order and began investigating what had happened - fantastic customer service well done AAA+++

Ordered bolts and washers, two of which were countersunk M10 x 70s listed on the site as 'Partially threaded', and when I brought up the issue after delivery of fully threaded bolts, the term 'some variance' was given.

Substituting fully threaded bolts on a listing with a specific description and pictures of partially threaded is not 'some variance', it's just laziness and/or a lack of caring... just insulting really, after charging 10 quid on shipping as well. If you or your vendors don't have partially threaded, so be it, just be straight up about it.

Too much hassle for both parties to deal with returning two bolts, and I'm not going to pursue anything simply out of spite. Bolts are well over spec for the application in regards to strength so I'll use them, but as a machinist I dread to think what else they let slide with the term 'some variance'.

First purchase, wasn't large at all specifically to see if it was worthwhile shopping with them. Arrived quickly at least, with very good packaging so I'll add a star for that... but maybe cut some of that down and direct that £ towards quality control/order fulfillment?

I'll just go elsewhere in the future for my builds, knowing I'll actually get what I've ordered. *shrug*

The prices for the fixings I required were very competative, and a really great range to choose from. I had them delivered FOC to a postcode within their range within a couple of days. When I received the items they were clear identified and professionally packaged. Very impressed, will most definately use again👍
