Don’t have much knowledge with metal’s, I’m glad I worked with this company because they explained everything thoroughly.

Answered all of my questions, the sales persons was great and shipping was quick. Thank you

My experience working with Orion was great. If you are deciding on whether to inquire, this is your sign! I really liked how responsive they are. Blake helped me and would send me articles that were very helpful as I am new to this. Thank you!!

Third time doing business with them, they never disappoint! I have received so many information that I can really trust them with my investments. I recommend to those who are new to this, they always answer quickly which I appreciate!

Have gained my trust 100%, I am always well taken care of!

Nicholas is the best! He’s caring and thoughtful and wants you to make the right decisions for you, and his assistance in the process makes all the difference..I contacted two other exchanges but when I found Orion, I knew I was in good hands!

I almost went with a larger, better known precious metals firm but was impressed by Orion's personalized approach. You are able to get your rep quickly and easily on the phone every time-no recorded messages, long wait times or phone tag. They are knowledgeable and uncrushed in answering questions and providing rationales and options. Actually a pleasant experience!

I guess I'll start by saying at first, I was skeptical cause this was my first time purchasing precious metals, doing it all over the computer and knowing how much scams are out there, I was second guessing everything, but when Giovanni @ Orion metal exchange contacted me ,i felt like i knew him for centuries, he was very informative, patent and thorough. Explained everything and made me feel confident with any dought i had in mind, i would highly recommend Orion metal exchange to any family, friends, and acquaintance. Thank you to Giovanni and staff,

They have always been responsive to my questions. They communicate and help me whenever I need something.

Blake was very helpful and luckily persistent in dealing with our concerns. Jacob also helped direct us to Best accomplish our goals with our metals and IRA. The employees here are friendly and helpful and when they don't know the answer, they will find out and get back to you. Not sure they are the cheapest but they earn the extra in customer care.

Beau was fantastic! Guided us through the process as a professional should. Answered all our questions and concerns. He followed up with shipping info as well as when we received our purchase. Will recommend them gladly and will be back to purchase again.

the sales guy was wonderful, full of information.
The coin arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
The only thing bad about the whole process was
I wish i had done this when the price of metals was
cheaper. ugggg but my eye is ever watchful now. lol

Great service. Order received per the schedule.

Prompt buying service on site. One of the few companies that had a good assortment of american eagle coin denominations. Perhaps it took a little longer than expected for the purchased coins to be shipped. Overall, very good experience.

My experience with Orion Metals was fantastic. The process was was fast and explained very well. I worked with Jacob Blalock durning this transaction, he was very knowledgeable on the metals. Jacob’s customer service was excellent , friendly and easy to talk to.

Throughout the entire process, the staff never appeared to pushy or aggressive. My research and discussions with other companies took a significant amount of time. I am happy to say I finally found everything I was looking for through Orion Metal Exchange. By far the most impressive overall!!!

This is such an amazing organization! Great customer service throughout the whole process! Orion will be my #1 choice for all future purchases!

We decided to invest the money from the sale of our home in silver but didn't know anything about it , we had a precious medal company email us and were gona invest with them but it just didn't feel right so we prayed about it for direction and found Orion medal exchange and the Representative Blake was wonderful not only did he tell us all the great perks there company had to offer with free coins but they also have a Self directed IRA we can start for our future but the best part was all the money we saved because he told us the coins the the other company was trying to sell us were way over priced ALMOST Double what they were worth!! If it wasn't for the integrity of there Representative Blake and all his help we would of lost thousands of dollars!! So if you want to buy Precious Medals don't hesitate buying from Orion medal exchange and Blake won't let you down!:)

I was selling, not buying, and it was my first experience with that kind of transaction. Blake was very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.
