I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying the shoes. I am getting the run around also. They do not fit even though I ordered the correct size. I am trying to return them but they won't give me the address and say I have to pay the return shipping. First they offered me 10%, then 20%. I just want my money back.

DO NOT BUY - Return policy is not how they published it. I reached out to the customer service team regarding a return for some shoes that were the wrong size. Instead of processing my return right away, they made me send photos to assure them that I was returning the correct item. They attempted to persuade me to hold onto the shoes by suggesting I could give them to someone I know and offered a 10% refund as an incentive. When I firmly requested to return them, they informed me that I would need to handle the VERY EXPENSIVE SHIPPING back to China. They then increased the deal to a 20% refund if I chose to keep the shoes. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Poor quality product and poorer customer service.

I would give them a zero star rating if I could. DO NOT buy from them. They are not even close to being what they advertise. I bought an extra pair just to get the free shipping and they arrived in a bag. Very poor quality. Plus they sent the wrong size as well when I wrote them to ask for return instructions, they blamed it on the company they have to use to ship the product and offered me 10 percent back as a refund. I just want to make sure everyone knows that these shoes are not at all what they are advertised to be. Do not buy from this company. Total scam.

This company is bogus and has the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a size 12 blue shoe and they sent me a size 14 tan shoe. They then stated if I wanted a refund I would have to ship back the shoes at my cost. Or keep the shoes for a 20% refund. Unbelievable. They don't even have a 1-800 number to speak directly to someone as they are a Chinese based company. They suck!!!

I contacted customer service to return a pair of shoes that did not fit. They first tried convincing me to keep the shoe, give it to a family or friend, and they would give me 10% refund. I insisted on returning them and they then said I would have to pay for shipping back to China which would be quite expensive. They then offered me 20% to keep the shoe. Out of frustration I took the 20% refund, vowing never to purchase from a Chinese on-line business again.

Just like every other person who has written a 1 star review about this company, they are thieves. I’m the dummy who bought into their 30 day returns when purchased. As soon as I saw what arrived in a plastic bag, I knew right away I was scammed. Thank goodness only out $35. I’ll send the dispute to my CC company.

I sure wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this scam. Ordered Nov. 11th, still sitting in port. They say it's tied up in customs. I'm cancelling their PayPal payment to try and retrieve my money.

I really wished I had come here before I purchased the shoes. I bought 5 pairs and each one had a manufacturing issue with them. The seams, where the top meets the sole, are misaligned. One shoe may feel okay but the other will feel mismatched. The heel area on 2 of the pairs felt like it was rubbing against my heel - an asurity for a blister. They have this return policy on their website in which all you have to do is send pictures of the packaging and the shoes and they will give you an address to send them back to. I just got an email saying that I should just give them to a friend or family - "they will enjoy them" and they offered a 10% discount. What a BS company.

Tried to return shoes that were too large, they told me that they had to be sent back to China. I went to the post office with the shoes and the returns address and was informed that the shipping would cost me $53.00. That is more than the shoes cost. Don't trust this marketing scam, no one can help you.

This company is a scam. It's all over the internet but you don't discover it until you've been scammed. They advertise guaranteed returns in 30 days. I would never have purchased shoes from a company without that "guarentee" due to fit. They tell you to give the shoes away. Or if you insist, you can return them to China at huge expense, more than the shoes are worth. Paypal is no help at all. Beware.

Ordered shoes and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Was told I need to pay for them to go back to China! Don't buy from them. Exchange policy / comfort guarantee are a joke.

Total scam company from China. Product not as depicted on website. They refused to honor their 30-day guarantee. When I finally got someone to respond to my emails, they said I’d need to ship the shoes back at my own expense. Ridiculous. Run! Run! Run far away from this sham retailer.

I ordered a size 8W in a shoe. Anyone that has purchased a wide shoe without trying them on knows that not all shoes are truly wide. The shoe was too big and I sent an email asking how I could request a refund. I received this very poorly written email telling me that we sent you the shoe size you requested. Ok and is this the first time that a size didn't work for a customer. The most insulting part was when they said they would send me a 10% refund when I returned the shoe. Yeah right I refuse to send you back a shoe that I know you will send out to someone else because I never wore the shoe outdoors or even on the floor except for a carpeted one which is wear I tried them on. Stay away stay away stay.

Do not order from this company. Wish I had seen this review before I ordered. I rarely order off online advertising but I did this time what a mistake. They say easy return but they LIE! They sent me a message that i should keep them and gift them and offered me a 10% refund. Even though they said “we offer a no hassle return policy and if the product does not meet your expectations after you receive it we are willing to assist you in returning your package” LIE LIE LIE.
Follow up. They finally said I could return shoes but I would have to pay shipping $30! They gave me 20% refund. I threw them away. I refused to even donate them.

These shoes are garbage from China. Don't waste your money like I did.

They created a USPS shipping label for my shoes, then never sent the shoes. They respond - "we shipped your shoes but shipping takes time and things go wrong". Yeah, like creating a shipping label but NEVER GIVING AN ITEM TO SHIP. ****SCAMMER ALERT*****

To show our sincerity, we can provide you with a 15% refund as compensation”. this was after they first asked me for pictures of the label and the shoes to see if they would accept an exchange and all that was was a crock of shit and I’m glad I paid with PayPal and a credit card so hopefully I have some way to recoup my loss and they can have their garbage shoes back. I don’t want them. i’m not going to give them to somebody in my family. Why would I do that to them. Do not order from them.

Do not order! They advertise pain relief leather shoes with comfortable insoles and what you get is cheap vinyl shoes with Styrofoam insoles. They want you to ship them back to China at your expense if you are not satisfied with their garbage shoes.

What a scam! I never received my shoes and yet they sure charged my CREDIT CARD FAST. Will work with my credit card to get my money back. It's been over 3 weeks now and I have received nothing. But from all the negative comments read, they're not worth having!
