Waited almost a month to get shoes and they are not correct size. Ordered 11.5 US and got probably size 9.5 US. Can't get my foot in them.

This company sent me the wrong size shoes(which interestingly do not have the size listed anywhere on the shoe) and when I reached out to resolve the issue, they demanded I pay the shipping to get the correct pair. It even involved PayPal and some other rigmarole. I have no question even had I sent the money they requested, i would’ve never received the right size shoes.

This company is a complete scam!

I believe these people to be liars and thieves. I returned their poorly crafted shoes at my expense. They promised a full refund which has not arrived after more than two months. Do not do business with Orthoture under any circumstance.
Also: Orthoture has changed its name to Orthavue. They are the same thieves.

The shoes I received had cardboard insoles! An absolute waste of money! Please trust me and RUN in the opposite direction!

Shoes didn't fit well and I got NO answer back when I tried to return them!! Out the TOTAL COST!!!! Don't buy from them!!!

Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! They send a crappy piece of material and the stop replying to emails. We are having the credit card charge reversed. IT IS TRULY A SCAM. Do not give them your credit card information

The shoes I ordered were too small so I asked for a refund. The return process and assurance of 'total satisfaction' were not as advertised. The company first asked for photos of the delivery, which I sent them. Then they offered 10% refund, which I refused. Then they said they would give a full refund if I paid for shipping back to China. I finally accepted 20% refund.

My husband ordered shoes before he died unexpectedly. Since they had not yet shipped the shoes, I contacted Orthoture to cancel the order. They shipped them anyway. When I tried to return them, they wanted photos of the shoes and the label. We have had several email exchanges, and the best they offer is a 20% refund if I keep the shoes. Otherwise, I can send them back to China on my dime. I don't recommend the shoes (they smell) or this company.

Ordered based on an advertisement in the NY Times, and what appeared to be a reasonable price. The tracking system reported a reasonably prompt shipment from China. However, after a number of stops in the USA, the tracking system reported in the USPS METRO NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER the message "Unpaid postage, item will not be delivered." Contacted the company and still waiting for a refund. I hate to use the word "scam," but that is how it feels at this point.

I wish I had read reviews before I fell for this scam. The shoes were marketed to seniors with a variety of color options and styles with a reasonable price. I rarely order online unless I have warm them regularly. I am aware of the smooth process of returns from Amazon. I found them to be of poor quality without the support that was advertised. However, the return process required photos and series of emails to negotiate refunds; keep them and will refund 20% or pay a expensive shipping charge to an address in China. The return address from Illinois is not where we are to return. I reported this to my credit card company and waiting for a reply.

After they supposedly reshiped the package 3 times and ended up ignoring my emails. I had to ask for a refund and involve paypal before finally recieving my order.

Remarkably, after jumping through several hoops and waiting more than a month, I got a complete ($88) refund from PayPal, credited to my credit card. The best the shoe company would offer was 30%. So there is hope for those of you who were ripped off by this firm. You should note, however, that this China-based firm is operating from several different websites. The common denominator is the typeface at the top of the page. BUYER BEWARE.

The company policy states returns and refunds are accepted. When I tried to return my husbands shoes as toe box was too tight they refused the return. They said they don’t do refunds unless there is a quality problem. Be very cautious about ordering. Not worth it.

Customer service is a joke. I ordered shoes because ad said 30 free return and refund. Well my shoes arrived and did not fit, 2 Pairs were too tight and one pair was way too big, Company accused me of ordering wrong size and suggested I exchange at my own expense. I did not want to exchange as quality was very cheap and I could not find them again on website. After several emails back and forth and company saying I could keep shoes with 20% refund I stated I still wanted to return them. I was given an address in China and was told it could be expensive. I am now afraid to return the item as I am skeptical about getting my money back. Totally scam artist. I contacted Pay Pal and they suggested I work it out with the seller. I chose 4 payments and was told that I had to continue to pay until resolved. After reading all the negative reviews I will contacting Pay Pal again and ask them to investigate. we shall see how this goes. DO NOT order from ORTHOTURE!!!!!!

The shoes are cheap trash, the "discount" from list is pure fiction. Despite "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" customer service is a joke. Email after email setting up hoops such as for photos of the product and shipping, claiming that the size ordered was sent, asking that I measure my own feet, etc. They refuse to give a return address. From other reviews, they are going to ask me to send them back to China. The business model is clearly to frustrate buyers beyond what a $48 purchase is worth. I am disputing the credit card and asking for a chargeback

Made in America? No, made in China. Shipped in a plastic bag and arrived crushed. Despite free return policy, I was told I could pay for return shipping and warned this is expensive, or I could get a 15% refund!

My mother bought a pair of shoes for my dad. They were size 9 9 1/2, which is what he normally wears. They were much too small for him. When she tried to return them they offered all kinds of excuses. They wanted a picture of the packaging, a picture of the shoes every time that she jumped through one loophole they would request another. I finally called the credit card company. Let them know what was going on. They refunded the money and they will deal with the company. The company has still yet to offer Any way to return the shoes however they did offer to give her 20% back on the money that she spent and to keep the shoes, we don’t wanna keep the shoes we want to return them for a full refund as their site guaranteed 30 day full refund they don’t do it. Do not buy from this company. They are a fraudulent company.

Ale. total fraud. This company sells cheap shoes, shipped to you in a bag, and despite claims that returns are easy. returns are not possible. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy!!

I did finally receive my shoes too tight. It has been a nightmare trying to get a larger size.
