I ordered some shoes but they shipped them in 2 separate package. Because I am using shipping forwarder company. And I have to pay for the repack service.

Saw the unique item by chance on the site and figured I knew someone who would like it, so I ordered it, gave it to them, and I was right! Well worth the money! I know I'll be ordering from here again.

I will be using Orthoture for all event invitations moving forward! The process was so easy and fast, all while having full control of customizing your invitation to your own desire. I also really like the instant digital copy feature. Overall so happy with my purchase!

My experience with Orthoture was amazing. I customized my bridesmaid proposals on another site and had them printed here and they did such a beautiful job. Such high quality! It was much cheaper than the other options but didn't lack the quality.

Giving one star because 0 stars is not an option, DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The shoes are garbage and customer service is terrible. I ordered the “orthopedic” platform loafers in blue and a pair of running shoes. One pair is too big, the other too small even though they are both size 7. They came without boxes, all bundled together and the loafers arrived deformed. They have no back support whatsoever. I initiated a return but got a message that they have to be shipped back to China at my expense and was offered a 15% discount to keep them! Spare yourself the trouble and buy shoes elsewhere, this company is a total scam!!! BEWARE!!!

Excellent buy. Perfect fit and looks awesome. First time customer but not last. I will buy from this company again. Delivery was great. I thank all employees involved in my order. Merry Christmas ,or which ever holiday you celebrate, and a Happy New Year.

Well made, stitching all looks good, zipper works without jamming (like you often find on cheap stuff) and it fits just fine. Removable collar is a nice touch. Looks good too. Frankly, I expected less. I would recommend this to friends.

Ordered a pair of shoes, they were a little bit small requested an exchange, shoes in original package, not worn etc. company would not exchange the shoes, they suggested gifting them 🙄 service was terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I did finally after a month and several complaints receive the 2 pairs of shoes. I wouldn't say they were "orthopedic", but they were comfortable enough once I put my own insole in them. A routing number was issued 3 days after purchase -but never used. Was told shipped 11-19 but not actually shipped until 2nd week in December.

The shoes did fit. I didn't read reviews until I had already purchased them and I was worried. But they fit. However, there is no soft footbed. The sole doesn't flex very much. After a day of wearing the shoe began rubbing a sore on my pinkie toe. I can wear them, just not all day.
Definitely NOT orthopedically designed for troubled feet.

Do NOT do business with this company. Products are cheaply made, are not sized properly, took a month to arrive, and when I sought a refund, after a multi step process, was told to "give the item to a friend" and would only provide a 10% refund. Total garbage. There are better options!

There are no stars less than 1 or i would award it. The ads are incredible. The photo looked appealing. I ordered a green boot with a beige soul. The price seemed reasonable. I received a pair of shoes that had no support and had the thinnest soles possible without renaming them socks. On top of that.. the smell of the product seemed toxic. Then customer support would not honor a full refund. They offered 11 dollars on a 70 dollar pair of shoes if i kept them. They are useless and offensive. The cost to return them to China would be well over what i paid. What a scam. This company will probably change their name to stay in business… buyer beware. Avoid orthoture at any cost.

I'll join the litany of other complains regarding returns. My mother ordered 2 pair of the exact same shoe but different colors. The package arrived with the 2 pair but one pair was a completely different style/model than the first and the incorrect size. My mother kept one pair and I tried to return the other for a refund and included pictures of the two different set of shoes. I originally emailed Orthoture but it looks like they opened a "ticket" or something with the factory/shipping provider. As stated with all the other complaints below I got the run around (great gift for a family member!, I was told or we can provide 20% refund on the shoes but no more). Finally was told that I could return the shoes but at my expense.

I emailed Orthoture again to let them know what a joke the process was and included my email chain with the "helpful" representative on the other end. Of course I never heard from them again. STAY AWAY!

Do not buy these shoes! They are cheap cardboard shoes and do not resemble what is pictured. They come from China or abroad and it costs too much to return. The representative I emailed with was vaguely threatening and offered to let me keep them for 10, them 20, then 30 percent off. They were advertised as orthopedic but they have flat cardboard bottoms! False advertising! Do not buy!

Buyer beware!!! This is a China company. The shoes didn’t fit so I reached out to the company. They told me they sent what we ordered and that they would give me 5% back and I could keep the shoes. I explained that I wanted a refund and an address to return the shoes. Each time they stated that they sent what I ordered. I requested help from PayPal as I purchased them using my PayPal account. PayPal told me to return the shoes to an address in China, which is over $100.00 the shoes didn’t cost that much. Needless to say I have shoes that don’t fit and I’m out money.

This company is crooked. After I purchased a pair of their shoes not only did they send me the wrong size they failed to provide a means for returning them. They just took my money and ran.

Same experience as the other negative reviews. I sent the picture that they requested showing the shoe next to my foot. My toe extended 3/4” past the front of the shoe. Worse, the opening of the shoe did not allow my foot to go into the shoe. Despite their return policy saying you had 30 days to return for any reason they denied my claim. The thirty days by the way is actually 20 business days. In that time, you must take photos, wait for permission to return (which you will never get) send them back by mail to China and go through customs in China at your expense. A total scam.

DO NOT BUY!!!! I tried to return the shoes because they did not fit my feet correctly and "Oliver" in customer service gave me the run-around. I had to send pictures, proof of purchase, etc. Tried to get me to keep them and suggested I give to a family member. After I refused he gave me an address in China to return. They are a scam company. I'm submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
