TOTAL SCAM…. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Ordered pair of shoes…. Never received. Refused to issue refund. Wanted to send another pair of shoes and they would pay shipping. Total FRAUD!!!!!!!

Scam! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Received two different tracking numbers, neither of which were recognized by the USPS and no shoes!

The shoes I ordered were not the quality I hoped for and they did not fit. When I asked to return them I was told to send a picture of the shoes and plastic package they were sent. Company offered to refund only 10% of the total price, indicating that 90% of the cost was due to shipping. I said that was not acceptable, waiting to hear back.

They falsely advertise their merchandise and do not refund you after they are proved to do that. I ordered what they advertised as “Italian Handmade SUEDE shoes” which are leather shoes, but what I received were 100% synthetic material made in China. I asked for a full refund and they refused. In all of my communication with them they didn’t refute what I stated about what I received compare to what they advertised. I’m trying to stop the transaction through my Visa card 🤞.
My credit card has approved the refund 👍😀

Terrible company. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them. I very specifically ordered a men’s size 7 and they decided they’d rather send me a women’s size 7, which of course, did not fit. I asked them to send me a return label and they said they don’t do that. I would have to mail the shoes back to China on my dime in order to get my money back. I went around and around with this scamming company for weeks until my bank finally settled the dispute against them. Be smart and never order anything from them. And… READ the reviews.

They sent wrong size for two pairs of shoes. I contacted them and got the run around. They told me they sent the correct sizes & asked for pictures & receipt.- I sent them -which clearly showed they sent wrong sizes. They offered a 10% refund and told me to give the shoes to a friend or family member. To look at their website it looks legit. I didn’t know when ordering that the shoes would be coming from china or I never would have ordered them. Looks like I’m out $76. Don’t buy anything from this company they are totally unethical. The 100% guarantee means nothing.

Shoes are complete plastic. Nothing is slip resistance. Just like other reviews, they stated only a 10 percent refund and for me to give the shoes to someone that they will fit. My dog will mot even play with the plastic shoes. Complete scam from china pirates.

I ordered my brother in law a size 9 medium. They sent a size 43, which is equivalent to a size 10.
I double checked my order and the conversion table. They denied my claim and said they sent the size i requested. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! You will be dealing with a company that will not admit they are wrong.

I bought these exact same shoes on Temu direct from China for around six dollars. If you get the right size they do fit well. They are not orthopedic shoes as advertised by Orthoture. I have wide feet so they do fit good at the toe. Temu will frequently refund your money without even having to send stuff back.

A total scam I ordered two pairs of shoes on the 18th of December. Of course I have not received them and from what I've read on other reviews the shoes are garbage. So no loss other than my money.
I placed my order on the 18th of December and didn't get a confirmation number until three days later. When I saw it was from China I knew I had been scammed. Orthoture is not a legitimate company as I have seen various other sites with the same type of shoes, deep discounts only the company name is different.
I don't understand why these sites are still up to scam others. The positive reviews on this site are fake.
Orthoture is collecting money and personal information. BEWARE protect yourself steer clear of Orthoture!!!

Exactly like other reviewers state - if I had known from their website and looked for reviews before I purchased anything, I would never have wasted my money. I have severe bunions and was hoping to find shoes with soft leather to help. They sent wrong sizes and return to China (not on their website) was ridiculous. Hoping my credit card company can help, but it sounds doubtful from others’ experience. Slick and unethical operator.

I purchased what was supposed to be a size 9 shoe. The shoe was delivered without the size noted and took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The shoe was actually size 9.5!
They offered a ridiculous 10% refund and told me that I should give the item as a gift and provided a return address that was in China. I was expected to return the item at MY COST! Absolutely unethical.

As someone who's very picky about the quality/fit/feel of my blanks I really appreciate all the detailed information that Orthoture puts on each listing. I've been able to get some great quality sweatshirts that were exactly what I was looking for. That being said I've had some misses too. When items haven't worked for me I was able to select store credit and not have to return the blanks, which is a huge time saver for me. And now I'll be able to get more cozy sweatshirts! I won't buy my blanks anywhere else.

The shoes were not comfortable. I tried to return them, but would need to pay shipping back to China. They also required pictures of the shoes AND the bag they were delivered in. I was offered a 15% refund. I will end up donating these to charity. They had very little support for an 'orthotic'. Horrible return policy

Was looking for a bulk shirt provider and went on social to ask my friends who and where could I get them from. 107 people suggested Orthoture. They did not disappoint. Fast delivery, quality shirts, and they were all there. Very happy with my order and will us again.

Good Experience- My items were lost with the carrier UPS. Was upset, these were gifts for dance team students before the hoildays. Customer service helped quickly and made the matter a positive experience. I would do business with them ALWAYS.

It was fast and easy. The shirts got to me quickly and the quality holds up really well. I bought some shirts a year ago for my sister and she said they are really holding up well. No fading or anything

This company sucks. The shoes you get are cheap crap. I sure it didn't cost more than a couple of dollars to make. They are no way worth the $40 they charged me. They are absolutely NOT RECOMENDED BY ORTHOPEDICS. When I told them I wanted a refund they refused. They told me I could try to return them to China at my expense and if they received them I would get back 20% because it cost them money. I fought with them for a month. They finally refunded me 10%. What the hell is that going to do?
