I am a victim of this company as well. I received a pair of black loafers in the mail that took quite awhile to receive. When I got the shoes there was a split in the side of the shoe seam. When I asked for a return, I had the same experience as everyone else who posted. Then they kept emailing me saying that I had to upload my photos- twice! After that, they said they I had 2 options for returning the shoes that I have copied and pasted:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your letter.
I'm sorry you still don't want to keep the package.
We are willing to provide you with two solutions to solve this problem:
1. We support return services, but you need to pay the shipping fee yourself. After we receive the package you send back, we will give you a full refund.
2. If you are unwilling to pay for the shipping yourself, we are willing to refund you 25% as compensation and recommend that you keep the package.
Please tell me the solution you choose, and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible according to the solution you choose.
Warm reminder: Please do not return items before we authorize the return.

So I chose to accept to accept option #1. They never sent me a return address. Please don't buy from this company-IT IS A SCAM!

This is complete and total false advertisement. These shoes are not comfortable at all and actually have a hard plastic sole and no arch support. They should not even be able to sell these shoes it's a total scam and yes the shoe size is incorrect and to big but what's even worse is the customer service. They are unwilling to do anything for you as far as an exchange or refund however they will offer you 20% to keep them and give them to someone else. Lol,what a deceiving joke and awful experience. Should be against the law to sell these in America. Don't buy them !!!

11/28/24 ordered one pair of shoes. One MONTH later I went to their customer service online and emailed a request for a tracking number and "where is my order"? A week later I got a very generic response, requesting my shipping information again, stating that my order was "returned for unknown reasons". (lies I think). Now, over TWO months later, I still have not received my order of one pair of shoes. I believe this company is a fraud and should be pulled off-line, and put out of business. Good Grief. What a crock.

If I could give less than one star, I would! I ordered 2 pair of shoes, totaling over $90. One pair was all right. The other pair was very uncomfortable. I contacted them immediately to see where I could return. They asked me to take photos. I did. Then they replied that they do not accept returns n that I could give the shoes to someone "as a gift"! They said they could refund me 10%! I might add, I later saw the exact same shoes by exact same company selling on Amazon for HALF the price!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes directly from Orthoture. It took a month for delivery, then the package arrived damaged, with one shoe missing. Of the 3 shoes that did arrive, they were the wrong size. I have tried numerous times to contact the company by email. (there is no phone number) and they will not respond. I have suggested, exchange, credit, refund, but they are ghosting me! I am angry, but feel helpless.

ordered a size 7 1/2 received size 7. Sent message to this company and asked for pictures of shoes and labels. Offered for me to keep shoes and regift to someone. Horrible company do not buy from them, returns are impossible to do and they purposely send the wrong size

This is a scam company that Facebook should take them off the site . Poorly made products and no response from customer service to return . I should have read the reviews before purchasing . Total disgust with this company from China .

I have 7 pairs of size 10 1/2 shoes that fit perfectly. I ordered a pair of 10 1/2 shoes from Orthoture and they were at least a size and a half too big.
So, they said send them back at my cost, which I didn't do. I donated them because I didn't accept the additional cost and time involved. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Worst of the worst of the worst on every level!!!

The shoes are low quality and cheap. Very uncomfortable the ensole are thin. It like you get it from dollar store. Contact consumer service to get refund for 3 weeks. They keep asking you to keep them and give all kinds of excuse to not letting you return them. Horrible return policy. Will not recommend to buy from this orthoture website. Stay away.

Ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be like walking on a cloud. The were like walking on gravel. I contacted customer support and requested to return and refund. I was told to send photos of the item plus the shipping info. I did that and was told I had to pay for return shipping and they would only give me 10% of my purchase price. Avoid this supplier at all costs.

Update: after several more. Emails they advised me that the cost to return the item would be too much for me to pay. Just destroy the shoes! They are still only offering 10% refund for their horrible shoes. I am submitting all the information to the state attorney general for their review. I suggest we all do that to get this company sanctioned from doing business in the USA.

I purchased shoes on 12/16/2024. My credit card was charged the same day. I did not realize the company was located in China. I received a note finally on 1/9/25 that the package arrived in States. Tracking the package regularly, it said it was in a 3rd distribution center. Today is 1/28/25. I contacted the carrier directly where I discovered the tracking number was invalid. I hope to have the charge reversed. I hope this will be a lesson to me and everyone who purchases on the internet to review the company which is providing a product or service before making the actual purchase.

I ordered a size 9 and got some China cross reference that was at least a 10 1/2. Sent them comparison picture to a real 9 and they ignore evidence. I had screen shots of my order as proof that I ordered a size 9. Shoes have a strong chemical odor as well, have to leave them outside. Will probably donate to good will charity. The give bogus tracking numbers too and claim they are USPS tracking numbers. Don't waist your time with this, order a known brand even if it cost more. All I wanted was shoes that fit or money returned.

I don’t seem to be getting anywhere with this company. I thought that I was working with an Australian shoe company, but that was not the case … It took 25 days for my shoes to arrive - When I asked them, they kept sending me a tracking link that didn’t work. When they arrived, I discovered they don’t fit properly and the material is not appropriate. I asked for a refund They wanted pictures of the mailing labels the products before they gave me an address to return to I did that and then they said I should give them to someone in my family and they would offer me a 10% discount … huh? I had to tell them I’m going to PayPal to protest. I don’t know if it will work or not but these were $60 shoes. Something is wrong with this picture on many levels.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from orthoture, received notice that they were delivered, did not see them in our front step, asked neighbors etc, no one saw them.. contacted company, was told not their problem, contact my post office. Rude. Customer service rep. Don't order from them.

Customer service is prompt in replying BUT returns are impossible and must be sent back to china. Do not recall seeing this when placing an order.
Shipped to me from Rancho Cucamonga, CA but must be returned to China???????

The shoes sent were the wrong size. I ordered a US 8 and they sent a Euro 40 or a US 9. The shoes were crudely made and flimsy besides being the wrong size. It took 3 tries to get a response from Customer Service. They asked for photos of the shoes but they refused to admit that they had sent the wrong size. The offered a 10% credit and suggested I could give the shoes to someone that the shoes fit. I contacted my credit company and they removed the charge from my account. I got no satisfaction from the company. Buyer Beware

Horrible shoes. Made in China which is NOT disclosed in the Instagram ad. Wrong size. Lousy quality. They’re CRAP. AVOID at all cost.

just fabric that you can walk on with, no design for comfort and support at all. 100% fake advertisement. Sent refund and return request via email and never got reply. DO NOT buy their product.

Shoes were wrong size and quality was terrible. Ask for return instructions and never got a reply. Do not buy from this company. Overpriced ...not as advertised...poor quality...no returns. This is a sham.
