Ordered a cardholder with paid 3–5 working day international shipping, and 11 days later I still haven’t received it. In the meantime I’ve received two reminders to review the company/product before the item has even arrived, which says a lot about how slow the shipping has actually been.
Customer service also hasn’t really acknowledged the actual issues. I mainly got shipping updates I already had access to myself, rather than any meaningful response to the delayed delivery, expensive shipping, or the customs/import fee I was hit with on top.
I can’t speak on the product itself, because I’m still yet to receive it, but the customer experience has been poor.
