DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a pair of shoes that I only wore once to a wedding venue that was indoors. The only time the shoes were worn outdoors was from leaving my house to get in to the car, which is parked outside my house and then from the wedding venue carpark in to the wedding venue and back.
Every little thing that I stepped on (which is unavoidable unless you can levitate), like very small stones, which are literally everywhere on any tarmac surfaces people walk on, got stuck in the heel of the shoes. They did not get lodged in to anywehre else but only the heel.
The shoes were extremely uncomfortable to wear and a couple of times I found myself sat down picking out by hand the things that were stuck in the heel of the shoes.
I contacted Oswin and Hyde, first by telephone and then via email, explaining clearly with photos about the problems I had encountered with these shoes I had bought from them, they took ages to respond and when they did, they were rude, very unhelpful and did not take any accountability, to add insult to injury on one email I was told that the heel is made from a different material than the rest of the sole, they made it all my fault and said that they could not accept a return or an exchange for something else.
Anyone would think by visiting their website that they were an upmarket company that sold quality goods, the first and only experience I had with them, with their product and their customer service was absolutely horrendous. It was extremely stressful and I was made out to feel like some sort of a villain over a pair of shoes. Please save your money and shop else where.

Love the shoes but SQUEAK!
Love the the shoe design as I'm too cheap to fork out for Zegna, these will have to do!
But my gosh the squeaking made them almost unwearable! The tongue kept rubbing against the the upper bit.
Never had this with any other shoe before, so had a thought and stuck some felt tape in between, wears fine now. But wish I didn't have to go to the trouble of buying felt tape! But hey ho...
