This company offers a good Choice of Homeware etc but their delivery times are extremely excessive, over 2 weeks for an ornament which is ridiculous, you need to up your game.

Some of our collections are sourced from our trusted suppliers across the EU, which can mean delivery to our UK warehouse takes a couple of weeks before being dispatched to you. This allows us to offer a wider and more exclusive range of pieces that aren’t readily available elsewhere.
As soon as these items arrive with us, our team sends them straight out on a next-day delivery service so they reach you as quickly as possible.
That said, we also have thousands of other products stocked here in the UK with much shorter delivery times, with many available and delivered within just 1–3 days.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope this helps to give a little more context around our delivery process. As a small family business, low-star reviews have a huge impact on us, so if this explanation has given you a clearer picture, we’d be so grateful if you may consider revisiting your review.

Excellent customer service
I’ve ordered a beautiful fruit bowl but unfortunately it was not suitable for the space it was meant to be in. It was way too big. The return process was easy to follow. As a customer I had to cover the cost but it was my mistake for not double checking the dimensions when placing the order. Custom service was excellent- very responsive and helpful.
