Not Point to Point As Agreed
We had expected point to point pick up at Heathrow Airport but instead, was directly to use to bus to go to the long stay car park for pick up
The bus had a long queue and with 4 large bags to load on/off, was definitely not point to point. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend AVOIDING Otto…
I would highly recommend AVOIDING Otto Car if you value your time and your livelihood.
I rented a Tesla from them, and it has been plagued with mechanical issues. It is currently sitting completely unusable in a service yard because of a faulty screw/bolt. The service centre explicitly told me that this "click-clack" issue is incredibly common on Teslas once they pass 100,000 miles. Despite knowing this, Otto Car clearly failed to properly inspect, maintain, or service the vehicle before renting it out.
What makes a bad situation worst is their shocking lack of customer service. Otto Car did not bother to call me, they didn’t email me, and they completely ignore incoming emails. I have been left entirely in the dark, and the only reason I even know what is happening with the car is because the service centre called me—not Otto Car.
As a private hire driver, if my car isn't on the road, I am not earning money. Otto Car’s negligence and silent treatment are directly costing me my livelihood, yet they still expect rental payments for a broken car.
They do not take care of their fleet, they do not answer their drivers, and they don't care about the financial ruin they cause. You will lose time, you will lose money, and you will be completely ignored. Save yourself the stress and rent from a company that actually maintains their vehicles and respects their drivers. Avoid at all costs.
By the way your email system and department agents, may be working but your system to answer and to register complaints is just made that you can rename SPAM folder to complaint!!!

So on going issues with electrical…
So on going issues with electrical issue unable to charge car this is a fire hazard, company claims to be the biggest phv supplier (lier) yet can't provide a car so you can continue to work. Cars finally been booked in with main dealer in two weeks time and 40miles away how does this make any sence when the car won't charge. Contact the service team and spoke to a very unpleasant woman named Neha who was rude with NO customer service skills. Wrote into complaint department and a week on no reply. So total of 4 weeks loss of earning so far and not a care in the world from otto car. If you are thinking of taking one of their cars please do your self a favour and keep well away
