My experience with OttoCar has been…
My experience with OttoCar has been extremely disappointing\.
From the beginning, the vehicle had several faults that affected its safety and reliability\. I repeatedly reported these issues to the Service Team and the Complaints Team, but my emails were either ignored or I received no meaningful updates\. I also sent several emails to the Payment Team, Complaints Team, and Service Team regarding both the vehicle issues and payment concerns, but no one responded\. In addition, there was no communication available via phone, which made it impossible to get any proper support or answers\.
Despite continuing to chase for repairs, the problems remained unresolved\.
What I found most frustrating was that while my concerns about the vehicle were not being addressed, I continued to receive frequent emails demanding payment and warning that the car would be immobilised if I didn’t pay the outstanding balance\. It felt like collecting payments was a priority, whereas customer safety and proper support were not\.
I tried to communicate and even requested a payment plan while the vehicle issues were being dealt with, but the overall communication was extremely poor and the level of customer service fell well below my expectations\.
Overall, this has been a very bad experience and I would describe OttoCar as the worst company I have dealt with in terms of communication and customer service. I would not recommend OttoCar based on my experience Customers deserve prompt responses, proper support channels, and fair treatment when they report legitimate safety concerns

Had the greatest experience with Abu at Otto car. He was very helpful through out. Cars were cleaned and charged. They catered for my every needs. Will highly recommend to visit the Streatham branch they are great.

Dealt with an Insurance and Intervention Specialist named Josh S from start to end. I received a call on the day of the accident, and was kept informed the whole way. I was compensated for the repairs within 7 days which exceeded my expectations - 10/10 service. Thanks Josh.

Do not get a car from here you have…
Do not get a car from here you have been warned. Customer service was ok 2 years ago now it’s completely non existent, you cart book repairs because no1 responds to your emails, you cart book holidays because no1 responds to them and they are just left pending while they keep saying you the invoice for that week you have booked off and you cart get them to book a service in on time. Stay well clear you have been warned

I had their car on rent to buy for…
My name is Elton Castagnetti,
I had their car on rent to buy for 3months,
They charge your account for something you didn’t do or haven’t used, awful customer service. The car was stolen, not my fault at all and they still charged me £1000 pounds excess , stay away from them ,terrible!
Now I’m out of pocket and mentally de stress.
