The service was great, however, the balls came in filthy. Looks like they have been sitting in a warehouse for years. I will have to scrub all five before I can even display them in our new home.

The staff at Our Boat House is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I have been working with Beca and it has been a wonderful experience!They’re friendly and produce design boards and suggestions in a timely manner!They have some beautiful and unique coastal pieces as well as access to thousands beyond what’s in their show room.

Well, I inquired about price of a few items that had no tags..... and as helpful as the young new employee was.... by the time I went to purchase my items and check out..... the shop manager had joined to Train the new girl..... he wasn’t helpful, didn’t ask for my polite patience while he trained the young woman....... and I continued to wait .... my bill was about $100 more that I expected. Had I been given the price I probably wouldn’t have purchased the smaller bowls with the large one. But I had exceeded my time limit.

The process from beginning to end took a few months, but I wasn't in a hurry and it was during COVID after all. Our Boat House was always willing to check with the manufacturer and give me updates. Communication, combined with a truly quality product, made for a great experience overall.

This basket is very good quality, less distressed than it looks in the picture, but it looks good. There were no problems with the order or delivery. Easy!

Very good response time (online too) - I love my sofa!!!

This is a fabulous store with beautiful things if you are looking for a coastal look. Also all of the people working there are helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend stopping by because it is a lovely place to shop for upscale design with a beach theme.

I love Boat House items but I have yet to received my bed that I ordered in July it’s now January still no bed and I have emailed twice with no reply.

Service was excellent. I would like to see additional high end accent pieces that are not so boat related. A little less twine.

I have not had a positive experience. One item was broken and the other was the wrong item. I provided pictures as requested but have had no other follow up.
