Vey prompt response, excellent communication. We ordered clear umbrellas in 24 packs. They arrived in less than a week.
The only concern I had was that the material (PVC) was a bit flimsier than I was expecting, but otherwise everything was as advertised.

Not convinced yet….I’m yet to use my umbrella however so…
I’m yet to use my umbrella however so far I feel the quality is a little low for the price. I’ll be interested to see how long the thin nylon cover and strap lasts after it’s flung over the shoulder a few times. I purchased a different brand a few yrs ago for not much more and I hope I don’t regret buying one the same. Unfortunately I lost that one leaving it somewhere.

We've never had an issue with any of our Lordy Dordie umbrellas, and you'll find that the actual frame of the umbrella is great quality. There aren't many larger umbrellas that come with a carry strap but those that do are not dissimilar. I'm sure the strap will hold up and your new umbrella will do a wonderful job for you for a long time to come!
