But they then offered me £12 plus use of card £1.50 This didnt work because I could not enter my mobile number! Phoned the payment line. 4th attempt to get my PCN accepted! and charged !5p for sms receipt. 45 mins of my day gone.
Disappointed!!!
Disappointed!!!!
MOTO Exeter.
I was 24minutes over not realising the time. They charged me £60 and I was only there to pick up a friend’s child from a school trip!!! DISGUSTING!!!!
Money before Safety
Parked MOTO Toddington North to rest during long trip.
Didn't see any signs re 2 hour limit. Left in well under 3 hours. So much for "Take a break Tiredness kills".
Quite obvious that non of the £60 parking charge I paid goes towards the upkeep of the place!!
I won't be using any MOTO establishments anymore as they are the ones who use this lot.
Will be more vigilant the next time I use any other service areas.

Another one star for these robbing people charging daft prices with no clear signs up warning of the time limit imposed
Travelodge Stay - Birch Services - Camera Issues
Parking at a hotel, and the business is so quick to charge people, and reprimand them even though they don't know the people who had strong health issues, and they will have me on camera dealing with my health issues in the car. (which is illegal) When you cannot contact anyone from their business, this is the 3rd time I have not been able to contact anyone there. No phone number or email address to contact about the charge to discuss. Travelodge Hotel at Birch is to blame as they didn’t register my car number plate on arrival and reception, but also didn't have our hotel room ready and clean also. Neither have any respect for the public/ any people with Urinary Incontinence, Asperges, Arthritis and ADHD/Autism, as I needed to change my pads/nappies as a 34 year old man. The business wants to make so much money and don't care who they hurt, even resulting in deaths of people.
Who even knew you had a time limit!!!!
Who even knew you had a time limit!!!!! No clear visible sign or warning as we went in, we are not local. And with the pot holes all over the car park, why anyone would think it was a maintained car park i dont know!!!
I met a friend half way between our houses as we both live out of town, for food and a catch up, both got tickets because of course we shopped, ate and chatted for 4 hours. We won't be back at this place, not that anyone cares, so had to pay. I will personally write to the shops/ restaurant we spent our money in and tell them why we won't be back, I wonder what nandos response will be regarding their bad review, not for food but their terrible parking restrictions!!!!!!!
Not fair treatment for 39 minutes parking.
Pretty disgusting charging me £25 plus £1.50 admin for 39 minutes parking when I was sure I paid the £2.50 charge at the car park. Seems excessive to me.
I paid it within 14 days but no confirmation on this and no proper customer services to even get clarification on this. I feel like this is fraudulent behaviour on their part. The phone line charges you and has no way of speaking to an actual human being.
This seems like FRAUD
This seems like FRAUD : I was parked in a disabled vehicle, in a disabled bay, with a valid blue badge, in a medical centre, on a Sunday: where there was no clear obvious signage, on access or ingress at car park, bay or even at the medical centre, i have been to many medical centres including this one numerous times and I am aware of other systems, this has suddenly popped up and is not properly managed, administred or correct.

Parking fine had to pay just over one hour parking purchased stuff from shops and parked in disabled bay with my badge on display assumed i was legal appears not. No visible signage nearby telling me otherwise paid fine never will shop there again , allowed 45 minutes onl,y feels like they are robbing disabled not allowing enough time for shopping and getting back to car only saw signage on the way out much to late disgusted obviously a racket.

Parking permit accidentally came off my dash, don’t know why, can only think it blew off when I closed my door, which is probably my own fault for not checking, but tried to appeal knowing full well they wouldn’t accept it!! Just a bunch of robbing you know what!!
FRAUD ?
Dealing with Parking Charge Notice for client who stopped at RED traffic signal at Bristol Airport. The signal can be clearly seen reflecting on his windscreen. The photographic evidence supplied shows the vehicle stopped for 11 seconds. The refusal of appeal states he stopped for an unreasonable amount of time. This clearly is an attempt to obtain monies by false representation.

Overstayed by 17 mins after spending £100's in the stores on the retail park on the day...
I can't say I've seen a clear sign stating the maximum stay of 3hrs and I've been to the retail park on many occasions. I dont really look as it's usually a quick trip to a single store, however on this occasion we visited multiple stores.
I'll look next time for the faded sign, somewhere halfway up a lamp post probably. These type of parking fine schemes should have barriers for entry and exit so that you know it's a time limited parking area.
Received the fine in the post with only a couple of days left before the 14 days are up as royal mail is delivering infrequently (Batch delivery once a week if I'm lucky).
Too late to appeal so I've paid the fine with no option for a free method of payment, which doesn't seem right.
The charging scheme is nothing to do with the retailers, but I'll think twice before returning, so that's business lost as my first port of call going forward will be Amazon.
Poor practice at penalising genuine shoppers and with no option for a free payment so actually a minimum £62.50 fine!
An innocent mistake cost £61.95
I downloaded the APP to park at Epping. Turned up and a number appeared in a box and I paid the £6, or so I thought. Received a letter claiming £60 for non payment & have 14 days to pay or it increases to £100. I appeal, after 13 days I hear nothing and I pay the £60 + £1.95 handling charge, to avoid the possible increase. I phone the company, to be told that I should not have paid as the appeal will not be considered. However, I can cancel the payment of £60 and allow the appeal to be heard. I lose the £1.95. I got the feeling that my inability to understand this technology, is costing me £61.95 and the fact that I had no intention of not paying £6 in the first place means nothing. I hope this company enjoys the extra income generated by fines. Can I make a suggestion, that an automated e-mail warning of non payment be sent or is this a step to far?
Get your systems sorted
Yes, I overstayed the time limit.
Tried four times to pay online without any luck. Free to pay by phone is not correct as it is actually a call charge plus access charges.
Paid by cheque in the end, expect they will say they never received it and get another charge.
tried to pay but alas no good
tried to pay but alas no good, screenshot said I was not due anything to pay, go figure, simply a SCAM to make people

I never received a first letter so the one i got was for the full £100 plus admin fee. I paid it as I work in financial services and cannot risk a CCJ but this is a con and there should be regulation. The signage in the carpark is not clear and £101.50 is extortionate for 2hr45 mins parking in a shopping park.
I paid on the day but they sent me a charge
I paid on the day but they sent me a notice for £90.00. These companies need government regulation.

I have found it impossible to pay the fine either online or using their phone number. I have used 3 different computers thinking that may be the problem, and three different bank cards none of which work. Their system appears not to be working between Friday and Sunday it so frustrating ! You can’t speak to anyone in the evenings or weekends, so I’m fearful the fine will increase although I have taken screenshots to prove the error is their end, not mine. Zero stars
Horrible criminals
Horrible criminals who steal peoples hard earned money. Any company who employs these cowboys to enforce their carparks should hang their heads in shame.

I have tried to pay online six times and am unable due to APCOA saying ticket hasn't been loaded yet. Am now nearly at the end of 14 day period where amount will double. I don't possess a cheque book .
