Absolutely disgusting! Why you charge administration fee £1.5? Also your instruction said: if pay by the phone, no administration fee charged. But this 0844... phone number charge caller's at business rate. Seems to me, you only interested in getting money, whatever the way.

I went to restaurant chillie flames for my dinner and guess what we have to pay £100 to park our car in that parking area where exactly the takeaway is

Received letter stating that I had to pay £100 because I had not paid within 14 days of the first letter(Which I did not receive. I sent an email telling them that I had not received the first letter(this point totally ignored by them).
I tried to pay by phone but would not accept the penalty charge number. Phoned their contact number, nobody to talk to(just list of instructions on how to pay).
I feel like I've been rinsed by dishonest people.

Im a disabled badge holder received only final warning of £190.00 never received first letter.made an appeal said no ask for bank account staments i refuse to send then .my opinion is the time i have been there wasnt over 2 hours the way i think this people work they do change time in camaras what i think what they do is ilegal

First and only notification received was the "overdue" letter. No option to take the lower charge if paid within 14 days, as letter received 6 weeks after the event. Also, their letter dated 12 June arrived 26th June - just do not believe the date on the letter. All clearly geared up to maximise their profit.

Paid the early charge of 60.00 and have had another letter trying to charge again for higher rate
Luckily I took a screenshot of payment receipt ! And it’s come out of bank acc wondering if this a scam ?
Contacted BPA for support and hoping they can fix this !

Received parking fine for £100 reduced to £60 if payed within 14 days I didn't pay it so they sent a new charge for £170 70 increase plus £2.50 admin charge to pay online absolutely scandalous

I tried to pay my parking charge online for £60 to be told ref no. Is invalid so I tried on the phone to again be told ref no. Is invalid I spent an hour trying to do this but without success. But funny enough the online site was happy to take the £100 instead of £60. It is disgusting being forced to pay a higher figure when you shouldn't have.

Completely unprofessional. They are set up to scam people.

Received letter informing me of an overstay in one of your car parks. Letter also informs me that if I pay within 14 days the charge would be reduced by £40 to £60. Letter received 19 days after date of notice therefore outwith 14 days. Not able to speak with company representative so forced to pay the full amount. Bearing in mind that we have also had postal strikes taking place his makes me wonder if this was a deliberate holding back of letter so as to maximise fine. I am now of the opinion that this company, Group Nexus, is one of little moral standard and one of many such 'cowboy' outfits !!!!

Robbery, ok so I park and didn’t realise I needed a ticket, I’ve never been to this area before.

What really gets me is that on top of the parking fine, of £100 (£60 if you pay now) they charge an admin fee, even for making an online payment! Pay by phone and it’s 2p per minute.
