I would like to have given no stars but there is not an option for this!
I was ill due to a brain aneurysm and was 17 mins late getting back to my car with my daughter, as I was having difficulty walking. I did not notice the sign about payment ( I obviously had other things to think about!) and received a bill for £60 plus an admin charge ( that’s a joke - surely the £60 covers that?) I appealed on the grounds of the illness stopping me getting back in time but it was rejected.
These people do not care about anything except charging extortionate amounts of money to line their pockets.

As with so many others - no initial letter received. £100 fine to be paid. £1.50 admin charge to pay online! Phone payment charged at 2p perminute plus access fee. Understandable fine if overstayed parking allowance however this is daylight robbery!!

Why does the website not work? It says you can pay online... but it does not log the PCN number or Vehical Reg plate... what are you meant to do...

Will not let me pay online, a postal order they charge £7-50 plus £2-50 you charge its a extra £10 and i don't like being ripped off by a company that says you can pay online and not being able to

Couldn’t pay online or phone number now got another letter up from £60 to £100

Felt very unwell whilst driving so dropped into carpark for a break. Twenty minutes later I left. That was 22/11/2023. Received PCN letter on 8/12/2023. Letter was dated 22/11/2023!!! Where is the 14 days!!! Unable to pay online, not paying for premium rate call number to appeal. SCAM!!!

Unable to process payment on their website via my phone and desktop and I'm not phoning a premium number so fix your website u muppets

I didn't get my first letter!!! Of course - phone on the letter isn't working!? Appeal - no reply in 2 weeks! WOW! Looking how to take this further.... this can't be legal!

Website does not work on my phone! Can't pay on my phone as I have no allowance for premium numbers and don't have a cheque book for the post.

Wanted to zero rate them.
Daughter had a medical emergency. Couldn't park in disability bay as nothing available so parked in a nominated space and told medical staff - they said would be okay. Got ticket and appealed - received email saying too late to appeal so now have to pay £97 an absolute sham of a company with zero compassion.

Website does not process any payment, so you have no other option than to use the premium phone line and pay another £8 on top of the rip off.
All well supported by the government.

These 'low life' parking companies are the scum of the Earth and the Government needs to do something to stop the scandalous rip off control of private car parks around the country...
I never even knew the time of free parking had changed from 3.5 hrs to 2 hrs recently... overstayed accidently by 20 mins and asked to pay £100 without even receiving a letter ( only 2nd reminder ) Tried to pay online, website doesn't accept payment so forced to use premium rate phone number costing a further £8. Hopefully they will appear on RIP OFF BRITAIN if enough people write in and complain.

Still waiting for email receipt and charged £1.50 to pay online. If you pay by phone, beware as this is a premium line and charges by the minute, it is not free!! Poor service with the sole intention of extracting as much money out of the public as is humanly possible!! Please read parking signs and don't get caught out like I did.

Received notice of a "parking charge". Literally no where else to park, EXCEPT the car park, signs not in clear eyesight (later went back to actually look for signage, little to non might i add, not clear that it was a limited parking time either). Appealed the charge, yet received another letter 2 months later saying it hasn't been paid.
Appeal process states they will be in touch within 14 days, no later than 35 days. Yet no contact has been made regarding this?!

Absolutely scam, non enforceable, won't be paying.
Would suggest no one else pays either.

We went cinema in vue Northampton on 19/8/23. and entered car details for free parking. On 6/10/23. from GroupNexus letter pad with Parking charge Ref. No. with Sol.NN1 with the photos of our car showing number plates and still we are using that car and from parkingchargepayment sent us £60 parking fee penalty. They charged £61.50 on 11/10/23. But they didn't send us email of proof such as receipt of money or anything. But years back still we had the copy of the parking penalty fine papers with us to prove the genuineness and trustworthiness of this review. We have only bank details for payment of £61.50 They have to show some decency. Then on 12/10/23 we got another letter to pay £60 again. We are totally helpless and not to know what to do.We not only lose money but also peace of mind due to going to watch a movie. This theatre is playing a big role in this parking scam. If You going to watch Indian language movie there then the running time will be more than 3 hours. So be careful when going to watch Indian language movie. Cineworld and Odeon has no this type of parking issues. For Indian language movie viewers it is like a paid car parking not a free car parking. So be careful otherwise your pocket will go empty.

I received 2nd letter to pay £100 but never received 1st letter? i appealed and got letter saying pay £60 in 14 days but no correspondence with any other way.
we are all commenting here and all are having similar issues so how do we find out that this is not Scam?

I received a letter stating I had not paid parking fee and I now had to pay a parking charge. I recalled paying fee in question as the machines x2 were malfunctioning and I had to cancel my payment on 1 and use the other one. Unsure if I typed in right reg plate (may have clipped wrong letter) or even if the 2nd machine was working properly. I always put my mobile no into these machines so I have a record of proof but this time no receipt on my phone. So I checked my Bank Statement and payment was there. I wrote to Highview Parking sending communication by Signed For Delivery explaining this and would they look further into the matter and come back to me. Tried calling and noone answers the phone and it is just a 'looped' message which keeps taking you back to the beginning. I then receive another reminder to pay increased penalty and my letter has been totally ignored. So one is now put under pressure to pay because clearly one has to assume they will be charged more as no response received to letter. This is not the 1st time Highview have done this either. They never respond. A disgusting money making service who dont have the courtesy to respond to postal communications, and any communications by letter, and one can never get through on the telephone.

Is this a scam?
I received a reminder letter in August with £100 to pay but I've never received the initial parking charge. Now I'm looking online for website parkingchargepayment .com to pay £170 for the second letter which I received and I can't find it. What's going on here?

Absolutely disgusting! Why you charge administration fee £1.5? Also your instruction said: if pay by the phone, no administration fee charged. But this 0844... phone number charge caller's at business rate. Seems to me, you only interested in getting money, whatever the way.

Ripping people off for no reason absolutely disgusting would give -10 if I could

I went to restaurant chillie flames for my dinner and guess what we have to pay £100 to park our car in that parking area where exactly the takeaway is
