Terrible company please don't order from them. They told me the part was in stock called a couple of weeks later and they said they work with the manufacture. They lie and refuse to refund. I had to put a dispute with my bank to get a refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

Ordered Jenn Air replacement unit from them and it never shipped. They charged my card immediately but never shipped the product. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. I wish I would have looked up reviews before buying from them.

Yes they do give you the best parts price on the web. Then they charge an exorbitant handling fee and shipping. So your not saving anything.

I ordered a new glass top for my range on 4/26/2020. My Credit card was charged for the full amount 2 days later. On 5/7/2020 I emailed asking for an update as the status in my account said the item had not yet shipped even though when I ordered it it was in stock. I never received a response to my email. On 5/12/2020 I called to check on the order. I was told it would ship by the end of the month. I asked why my credit card had already been charged if they hadn't shipped my order yet and was told because they work directly with the manufacturer. At this point, I was very leery and almost cancelled my order but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. On 5/21/2020 I received an email from PartsIPS that my item had shipped via UPS on 5/20/2020. Much to my surprise, my glass cooktop arrived that same day (5/21/2020). The project was exactly what I ordered and was received undamaged. I will only give a 3-star review because I felt that communication was awful, I do not believe they should be charging a credit card before an order is fulfilled and shipped, and customer service was not great (I had a difficult time understanding the man on the phone). If you don't mind having to wait a month to get an item for a cheaper price, this may be for you. If you want your part right away and don't want the hassle of worrying about whether or not you will ever receive your order, find someone else to buy from!

All the reviews are correct, this is, unfortunately, one of those scam web sites that collects your money and never ships your merchandize or calls back or sends tracking info. I called and a person with a very thick Indian accent answered saying he will call me back, this was 5 days ago. I contacted my credit card company for a dispute. Should have googled it, my fault. Do your research, if a price is too low or cheap, there is a reason, it is truly too good to be true. Hopefully, they can shut down soon, as they are ripping off innocent people who work hard for their money.

Wrong Rack/No return address/Not answering calls
I ordered a lower dishwasher rack. I received a rack in a box with no invoice. Not only is it the wrong rack, it’s not even close. I’ve been calling the number they provided for a week. The recording I receive leads me to believe this number doesn’t exist. Also, they provide no address on their site to return their product. If anyone has a return address or where to find it, I would love to have it. Do not use this company.

I could never find out when the order would be shipped until after I placed the order. Then 24 hours after inquiry about my A/C relay switch...mind you my home a/c was down in S. Florida...they tell me it will be shipped in 3 weeks....WTH...are you kidding me. Cancelled order today...let's hope I get my money back....DO NOT USE ANY BRANCH OF THIS COMPANY. We did get a response saying they would look into it and never heard anything else. After a month we denied the charge on the Credit Card. They disputed, and since they sent one part they were awarded the charge through Discover....

I ordered parts for my freezer. They were the least expensive that I could find on line. They arrived in about 5 days and I was able to track the progress on line. They arrived in Electrolux/Frigidaire packaging and fit perfectly. I will say that I thought the handling and shipping was expensive, but after adding S&H and tax to others they were in the same ballpark. I read other reviews after ordering and was very concerned that I made a mistake dealing with PartsISP, but they did a great job and I would use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I Ordered a part and asked for shipping time. They said about 10 days so I asked them to cancel the order they sent it anyway. I have been trying to order a return authorization for two months to no avail. I have called, emailed, called again and they keep promising that I will get a response. Also when calling them it sounds like you are calling a 3rd world country in a factory with so much background noise you can barely hear each other. The person that I have spoken to every time speaks English very poorly and has such a strong accent you can barely understand him on top of the noise making communication even more difficult. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Had read the reviews and I was a bit concerned, but it was a great deal and took a chance. 4 days later the part arrived at my door in excellent condition. The shipping box was a little damaged but it was packed really well and a factory OEM part. Very pleased. Give it a try, it was great for me.

Don't deal with these dishonest people. I was about to order a $38 dollar part. The shipping estimator on their website said that shipping charges would be between $9 and $12, which seemed high for a small piece of plastic but I went ahead to checkout. After going through all of the checkout process, when I got to the page to place my order I found out that the shipping charge was actually $21. Luckily, I hadn't submitted the order. I erased all of my information and ordered the part from a site that lists the shipping charge on the product page.
Return policy is nonexistent. Pay $20 shipping 🙄
Received the order quickly but had to pay $20 shipping and “handling”. I bit the bullet and ordered anyway bc the actual price for shipping + product ended up being cheaper than elsewhere. Received the product and it doesn’t work for my fridge. The hookups are wrong. Tried to return it and they say that they don’t exchange, they charge a 20% restocking fee, won’t refund shipping, I pay shipping back, and we have to get a return authorization code. Just not a good user experience. They make it so you pay twice for a part that may not be the right one and then you can’t return.

Claims items are in stock, but never ships. Never answers phone, no actual response, just a cancelled order after a week. They wasted my time, and failed at every part of the order except taking my money. SCAM!
Ordered a part as new
Ordered a part as new, but showed up in a box that had obviously been opened and resealed with ordinary Scotch Tape. Part was defective(which I suspect they knew) and did not work properly when it was installed. Tried to return the item and was emailed their "return policy", which states there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items and the refund was at "their sole discretion". Bad actors!
