DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Giving partsips.com a 1 star rating is too high. I don't think this company is legit. The phone number displayed on partsips.com website is not valid according to my phone carrier. I did manage to find another phone number for partsips.com, but they only answered one of five attempts. They do NOT respond to order inquiries by phone, nor do they respond by email in a timely manner. If you place an order, they will immediately process the payment, without shipping the parts requested.I know this because my CC purchase has been processed, & a week later, & after several phone & email attempts to their customer service, I was finally informed that my order has been backordered for approx 3 weeks. I found (3) other sites online that had the same parts in stock. Now, this is an assumption on my part, but it appears to me that partsips.com will take your order, use your money to buy the parts, then ship your order when they receive the parts from someone else. I would not buy anything from them, no matter how good the price appears to be. My mistake. Check their reviews.

Partsips.com provided excellent service at a great price. My parts were shipped quickly and I received all the parts as described. They came in three different packages from different locations. The poor reviews concerned me, but my experience was nothing as they described.
Fraudulent picture advertising
I purchased a thermocouple from a picture on their website. They send me a different thermocouple. When I complained they said basically, "Too bad, too sad." They would take it back, but I eat the freight coming and going (which was very high) and pay a 20% stocking fee. All this for the wrong product. Shame on you, Partips!

never ever ever deal with PARTSIPS dont buy any thing from them. I bought part for my cooktop and 10 minutes after ordering it i realize that part is already there i dont need that any more so i send them email right away to cancel my order it was evening time in new york next day i checked i didnt receive any email confirming my cancelation so i called talk to live person and advise him about email and canceling my order he said no problem your order will be canceled. But later that day i received email from them that shipped my order. OMG ..... i asked them why they shipped it when i canceled but there was no answer. Now they are asking me to ship package back to them and pay shipping which i dont think i will do i am not paying any extra money to this crook company. I ask them to send me shipping back money so i can send but they are not sending. I already called my credit card and dispute the charge. This is fraud company their business is not doing well thats why they are doing all this stuff so they can make some money.
No Problems At All, Great Experience
I am not sure why others have had such a bad experience. The correct part was delivered within 5 business days and I purchased it for $50 less than every other place had it listed. The part was brand new and in pristine condition out of the box. After reading negative reviews about this place, I emailed and asked if my part was in stock. I received a reply within 3 hours telling me it would ship the next day, which it did. Fantastic experience and the part I ordered is working out great for my refrigerator.

0 stars if I could. They sent the wrong part and never resolved it with us. Looks like I am not alone in my bad opinion of this company! Ugh!

O star! This is the worst company ever! I ordered 2 refrigerator bins and only got one. you think you are getting a good price but with that stupid shipping and handling cost forget it. And no one will answer the phone or any emails no matter how many you send. Just get your bank to refund you the money. Terrible and dishonest.
Dont buy from this site
I went to the website put in model number I was looking for the shelf came up for my fridge looks just like it. Did not mention any dimensions so I assumed it would fit when I get the part it doesn't fit anywhere in my fridge so it wouldn't even do me good to keep it and replace another shelf if it broke. I have to pay to ship this part back and they will take 20% of what I paid for the part and I don't get the original shipping cost either so really I lost 40$ because the cost of shipping I've paid out twice and then losing 20 percent but my other option is to trash it bc I cant use it. So im sending it back but I will never ever do business with this site again. Lesson learned. Now im hoping they do my refund once they get it.
One of the worst experiences EVER
One of the worst experiences EVER. Ordered the part on June 6th, told on June 29th it was on the way, told them on July 14th I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they refunded the charge with no explanation (well they sent me an email saying they refunded, I'll wait till I get my bill to find out for sure). Don't waist your time, it's a rip off!!

Actually-0 stars!!! They are total rip offsnot even going to go into detail about this but they took my money and are also sending me hacked UPS information about where it is the package actually that doesn't even exist!! They literally hacked my UPS account and have me on a wild goose chase that it's somewhere in San Antonio when it's actually lost the package and they were paid out cuz I filed a claim with UPS and UPS tells me that they already paid the seller which is IPS parts and they're claiming they didn't get paid from UPS which is a total bold-faced lie!
Terrible service, never received products
Terrible service. Was charged but never received my items. Calling the customer service telephone number just rings and rings. No answer to my email inquiry. I disputed the charge and my dispute was granted.
The Company sent me the wrong part .
The Company sent me the wrong part for my refrigerator even though the model number of my frig was listed as one that this part would fit.
They would not exchange it for one that would fit and they charged a 20% restocking fee plus I had to pay for the return shipping. Order at your own risk. Very hateful customer service.
Terrible Communication and Rude Customer Service
This is not a good business. I purchase regularly from AppliancePartsPros.com and PartsDR.com but thought I'd try this place out...big mistake, I will NEVER do business with them.
Unhelpful and rude customer service - ordered parts 10 days ago and they have still not shipped - when I asked what the hold up was they told me I just have to wait, when asked how long they told me they don't know but sometime things are on back-order, when I asked for a refund was told it will be processed in 7 to 10 days.
No communication about delays, no notice on site about back orders. Terrible communication.
**UPDATE** I canceled my order after speaking to the completely incompetent customer service agent and today (the day after my cancellation) I received notice from my own UPS account that my order will be delivered today. I still stand behind my claim of terrible communication and rude customer service.
I'm hoping this is an answering service they can change and/or they fire all of their customer service agents and start over...it seems most complaints are about the communication and customer relations

I placed an order for a refrigerator door handle on June 4, 2020. It never arrived. I called the company twice and I was told they would check on it and get back with me. They never called back. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. The credit card company is refunding the full amount. Beware this company.

ordered parts that were in stock 1 month later no parts. They don't answer their phones or emails. Finally got someone to answer f]Phone and was told part was not in stock by manufacturer so they cancelled my order. Had to reorder parts somewhere else funny thing they are all in stock by manufacturer no have to wait for partsips to actually refund my money. If I could give no stars I would. This online business has NO STOCK...they are a DROP-SHIP company (reseller)
This is a DROP-SHIP online company. They have little to no stock on hand. They take your order and process your payment and then order the parts from suppliers. This is to your advantage IF you can happily wait for the extended wait time on delivery. If you need your part right-away due to a major failure of your appliance, you'd do best to order directly from a major supplier. If you have time to spare, this may be the cost-effective solution for you.
Great Experience with PartsIPS
I found partsIPS online and noticed they had the cheapest price for the fridge part I needed. I quickly placed my order. After not seeing an expected delivery date after the purchase I was a little concerned and decided to check the reviews for this company. Almost every review was bad! I was really concerned and thought I had made a big mistake but 2 days later I received an email stating my part had been shipped. The next day it arrived and it was the correct part I ordered. I installed it and it worked perfectly. I don’t know what happened with all the other customers who left bad reviews, but my experience was great with this company and I will order from them again if i ever need any appliance parts in the future.
