Hello everyone,
I trusted Parts IPS and was at a point thinking I had got scammed. Eventually they returned my email, and stated my part was on backorder. I called so many times, and kept getting the run around. I will call you back, someone will call by end of day. This went on for over a week. They stopped answering my calls and I got other people to call using different numbers, it was the same result. The email was answered and I had a little hope. Finally an email came that said my part was in the mail. The part arrived and I was happy. I do not like the way they handle their customers. They do offer you to cancel, but then you would lose your shipping for me that cost just as much as the part and their is a restocking fee. So if you do cancel you would lose most if not all of the money you paid. That is sad. I don't recommend this company and I will not shop with them again. It is like rolling dice. I am disabled and can't afford to gamble with my money or sanity.

Do Not order from this company!! I placed an order at 11:30pm and called at 9am when they opened the next morning to cancel my order. They told me it could not be cancelled since it already shipped. No company ships items in 9 hrs! I asked for a tracking number for the shipment and they couldn’t give it to me. I had to email this company because the phone number on their site (that says please call, we are happy to help) does not even work! Had to file a dispute with my bank. I had a bad feeling about their website- should have read reviews- lesson learned!!

My billing address is a PO Box. Partsips wouldn't accept my order because my shipping address doesn't match my billing address. I found the part for the same price and ordered from another vendor.
GE Dish washer Lower Rack Replacement - DIDN'T FIT
Bought a replacement lower rack for a GE dish washer. It came, it didn't fit - lower wash arm hit u[ against the wheel assembly and would rotate. l wanted to return the item, which I could do, but it would cost me return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I priced return postage at both USP and USPS and it would cost more to return than it cost to buy. They should not advertise that it's a replacement part, when clearly it is not. Anyone buying the item will be out their money as it doesn't fit the GE model it was intended to replace. Mine's going in the recycle pile and I'm out my purchase price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

Yes you might get your parts, but if you need to return something or need other help correcting an order Customer Service consists of a cell phone rarely answered and with no voicemail. JOHN will drag his feet and offer BS excuses til the cows come home in hopes you give up and forget about your money.

When or should I say IF the parts come they come invoiced from another business. When you return something, it will go to yet a third business. Classic circular fraud.

worst customer service. I ordered parts two weeks ago and called many times to see if they shipped or not. After two weeks wait, they told me its on back order for another two weeks. These scammers couldn't tell me that before they charged me for it?

Poor experience, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I didn’t receive one of the [expensive] parts for my fridge, but a completely different part that I didn’t order instead. Emailed customer service w photos and was told that they are checking with the warehouse. 11 days later followed up with an email. No response. Called customer service and was told to email with photos (which I did almost 2 weeks prior). Was advised an email by end of day. No email. Emailed 2 days later, no response. Called. Line was busy/disconnected. Emailed again requesting replacement. PartsIPS emailed a refund for $12.60 (the cheapest part received). Emailed back requesting replacement part and ACTUAL cost of the part. PartsIPS emailed back remaining refund for part. Awful customer service. I didn’t even get the option for a replacement part—not that I would have trusted them to mail it anyway…

I advise you before making any purchase with this company that you read there return policy. I purchased a part from this company and less than 24 hours I tried calling and emailing them to cancel that purchase. Had to contact UPS and have them return to sender. They charged me $60 for shipping and restocking fee.
