I ordered my refrigerator part
I ordered my refrigerator part. Shipping price was high but price was low so total was a little lower than others. I received my part in less than 22 HOURS. Ordered Friday afternoon received Saturday morning. I have NEVER received so quickly. Part was exactly what I needed. I was super impressed.
Wow! Great Service
Wow! I ordered parts for my GE double oven after 4:00 pm one day and they were delivered the next day by 10:00 am. I must say, I was a little bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I am a happy customer.
WARNING!
Terrible!! I purchased 2 refrigerator door bins not knowing you can't use them in more than one slot in the row of door bins. I called 10 times and no one ever answered. I ended up leaving a message explaining and asking for help so I can size slot 3&4 in the door. I sent an email asking for help with sizing the bottom bins but all I received was an email saying I would be charged 20% restocking fee. The cost for 2 door bins was $112.77, each cost $45.96 and I was refunded less 20%, 36.76 and it cost $16 57 to ship back the wrong item. What a waste of time and money dealing with this company.

I should have read the reviews. Run away. You better have no issues and be 200% sure the part you order is correct. Otherwise you will lose your money and your time. They are not a normal honest business they are shady and profit from the lack of help. Plus they make you return to WA state to discourage you from returning. Think about the shipping you will have to pay if you need to. You have been warned!

If I could put -5stars I would they list stuff on there website with the picture of product with part number but sent me the wrong part and when I talked to someone they said they sent what I ordered according to part number but the problem is they have the picture of what I need listed with the same part number so how could I get the wrong part this place need to stop cheating people out of money when you return anything they charge 20%restock fee witch is a rip-off all because they messed up I will never order from here again and if I would have read all the bad reviews I would have never ordered from here in the first place Partsips sucks
Wrong part received. No offer to fix situation
I have a Frigidaire dishwasher. I ordered a product labeled Frigidaire BASKET SILVERWARE 2 - Part# 154749502. The silverware basket that was pictured on the PartsIPS website when I ordered the part was the correct silverware basket and would have worked as a replacement to my broken Frigidaire dishwasher silverwate basket.
What I received from PartsIPS - listed on the shipping box as an "Electolux Basket Assembly, Silverware, W/2" and on the packing slip inside it is listed at Product "WCI 5304521739" from "Pick List 3363712" - however, was not what I ordered and did not work as a replacement basket for my dishwasher.
I called PartsIPS, and all they would say on the phone is that I would have to email them with any issues related to the product received. Over email PartIPS wrote that: "We did mention on website that we will send out substitute part,” which was a lie, as the product page did not use the word substitute, and PartsIPS has made no offers to send the correct part or provide refund for my purchase. Second, even if it did say "substitute part" - which it did not - the part sent me is not an acceptable substitute for the order. For example, when compared to the Frigidaire item I am replacing (which was shown in the PartsIPS product page picture when I made the purchase), the received basket is not long enough, it does not separate into three pieces, the plastic separator between the first two and last two segments of the basket is too high and on one level, it does not have as many basket segments to hold silverware, it is an Electrolux (not Frigidaire) part, and it does not fit well in the Frigidaire dishwasher. All those deficencies makes the part sent to me NOT a substitute, and certainly not an acceptable substitute, for the Frigidaire silverware basket, and NOT an acceptable replacement part for a Frigidaire dishwasher.

Suspicious Return Policy
I ordered the wrong part. It came very quickly from Tampa, FL. To return it, they said I needed to ship it to Tukwilla, WA; about as far from where I live as possible. Shipping to Tukwilla was estimated to far exceed the amount I paid for the part. I still have the part. I won't deal with Partsips again.

Got what I ordered, at a great price.
I was hesitant to order, after all the negative reviews, but all worked out well. I got my parts at a great price, and the shipment was made quickly.
Small gripe. I called their phone number and was called back by someone who said that he noticed I called and was there anything he could help with. I said that I just wanted to make sure the parts were in stock (like the website said) and when it would ship. He said he would check into it and get back to me.
He never did, which led me to be suspicious.
But, in the end, everything worked out well, to my surprise.
TERRIBLE customer service
Placed an order. IMMEDIATLEY called to cancel. Person on the other end who sounded like they were on a cell phone said just send an email. I had already sent one. I told him that. He said they would take care of it. I got shipping information the next day from them. Replied to that email to cancel. Package arrived and I refused delivery. They've not responded to one email, but they refunded me LESS the amount I paid. I'm assuming for shipping fees even though I called and emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase. I've already started they dispute process with on my credit card. Do NOT use this company.
Be careful this company
After purchasing one refrigerator part, I immediately needed another part, so I canceled the first part I ordered and ordered two again at once. After one week, arrived two boxes, and when I opened them, there were canceled parts and the second part I ordered. They sold the same two parts and charged the delivery fee twice. When I called right away, no one answered the phone and any returned email. I couldn't find any address to return the wrong part. I lost about $100 and a lot wasted my time. Be very careful if you want to order from here.

I don’t know why this company has such bad reviews. I placed two separate orders with them and had a great experience. I’m sure most of the one star are fake because the pricing on this site can’t be beat by anyone. The support number seems like it works best from a landline. It took a few tries but I got through to someone every time. I would highly recommend this company. If you place an order that is not in stock you can contact them and either wait for the back order or they will refund your purchase.

I have sent several emails to return the wrong item, but there has been no response. I am writing to make sure that no one suffers the same damage as me. Never order anything here.

Yesterday, I called the company and spoke to a gentleman. He informed me that my item had been shipped. Today I received the item. The price was the best and delivery was extremely fast. I would highly recommend the company.

Update: They said they will return the purchase price but we are still responsible for shipping even though the wrong part was sent to us.
My husband ordered a black part but they sent a white part.
Interesting that “Tim Kay” said they got a black part when they ordered white.
Even though they sent us the wrong part we were expected to pay shipping even though it was their error.

Terrible, Unethical Shady People
The part that they sent was not the same part that they pictured on their website. The part number matched, but the part that they shipped was different in several ways. After going back and forth with them over a two-week period, they finally agreed to refund my money if I paid for return shipping. I had to point out to them that their practices are akin to false advertising. I paid the return shipping and returned the part as instructed and then waited 10 days. I was assured that I would see a refund to my credit card within three or four days after they received the part. They never refunded my money so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I would never do business with these people as they are unprofessional, unethical and unwilling to listen to reason. This is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my many years on this earth.

I ordered a much needed part, and recieved email communication of order placed and ordered delivered WITH tracking number. Part arrived as stated in 3 to 5 days...(4)... I did call on day 2 to make sure all was good.... as I really needed the part... contacting by phone wasn't the greatest... could need a better system... but bottom line...... I ordered. And I reveived...received.... and had email communication every step of the way....
