Exact replacement.

Dryer element was an exact replacement of original and works perfectly. I purchased it to replace one I bought from amazon only a few months ago. It was clearly a thicker element compared to the one from Amazon which burned up in a few months.

Fridge stopped working due to starter and relay. Ordered a replacement component from here. Quality was good, service was quick. My old fridge is still working till this day!

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a part and paid EXTRA for priority 1-2 day shipping. IT ARRIVED 2 WEEKS LATE! It took them 2 more weeks to 'allow' me to return the item - AT MY EXPENSE. They charged a ridiculous restocking fee and refused to credit my priority shipping fee.

Hello. My name is Alex. I ordered the lower basket tray for my Bosch dishwasher. The part was wrong it didn't match the original part. I email the sp parts of Canada the Calgary location letting them know about the issue. The return policy is 45 days. I send the pictures of the original part and the one I received. I called the customer service every day for the last 12 working days. I ask to send me free shipping return label. Today on my request I was told that return label would be processed by Friday.
Instead I received an email that I am not getting a refund because the package was open. So I lost $190.00 and was stucked with a part I can't use. I am in disbelief how is that possible to treat the customer this way.

Product arrived quickly and fit as a direct replacement on an LG stove. Packaging was triple wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap and of course, was in perfect condition when opened. As an added benefit, worked better than the original, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

i was looking for Ig range dual surface burner, it was out of stock everywhere but parts canada found the part and it is of highest quality.

A few weeks ago, I have ordered the dual burner (Frigidaire Range Dual Surface Burner - 316282100, Replaces: 316216600 × 1) for my Frigidaire induction cook top. Parts of Canada has that part which was easy to find on their website and it was economical as well. I also got coupon to reduce price by $20. I placed the order and they have shipped it professionally packed and on time. I am very happy with their service and part. I also got a call from them if I received the part and if it worked or not. I would highly recommend this place to make any future purchase of parts. I would like them to set up a contract with shipping company to see if shipping cost can be little bit down.

BEWARE. this is one of those sites that lists parts as “in stock” even if they’re not. I ordered a part “in stock”, then received a note days later that it wasn’t available and was back ordered. I had to call to cancel and now 7 days in, my credit card is still not refunded.

Worst of all… the part is still listed on their site as “in stock”

Stick with the big companies. They all list the part as “special order” (which is also shady for a part not available at all) or “back ordered” (more transparent)

Part was priced much lower than others, and shipped very quickly.
