Horrible customer service. Will not return calls, will not process my return and refund the money I paid for my replacement burned. Waiting over a month now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wrote an initial review, but I do not think it has been posted. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Everyone I have encountered, including the Customer Service Manager who appears to go out of his way to resolve matters, is untruthful. I ordered a freezer door handle, it arrived on time and I was quite pleased. When opening the box, the part was incompatible with my freezer. Not because I ordered the wrong part, because the fridge handles were correct, but because I was shipped the wrong item. I tried to explain this to them on multiple occassions but the return was "denied". I sent back the part as instructed, on my own expense, and now have lost almost $200 because of this company.
My bad experience may not be everyone else's but buyer beware!

I confirm. Crooker company. Placed part order which was supposed to arrive in 5 days and waited without a working home fridge.
Received no communication or confirmation.
Part didn't arrive. When I called they said it was "out of stock" for several months. Though they did charge my card. And apparently didn't think of letting us know or canceling.
I screamed at them and demanded in instant cancel and refund. They called back and confirmed the cancel, but never refunded.
Having to dispute though my card.
Also, pretty sure, they are NOT in fact in Canada but Asia. The name is intentionally misleading.

Do not trust this company. They sent me broken parts and after I returned them, they stopped responding completely. Over a month with no refund and zero communication. They ignore calls and emails. Extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam.

The motor in my Samsung convection oven was getting noticeably noisier each time the oven was turn on. I ordered a replacement so that I could swap out the fan before it stopped working completely. The water inlet valve for our Miele dishwasher stopped working and kept filling the dishwasher with water. It seemed to be a hard part to source, but we found a great aftermarket part from this store. Some of the parts didn't fit 100% like the original, but they give you additional pieces to make it work. I would have given 5-stars if it was an exact replacement.

Do not order from this company. I paid $40 for express shipping (1-2 days) and they messed up my address so Purolator couldn't deliver it and they included their own phone number which they didn't answer so the driver couldn't even get the correct address. This resulted in a two week delay as my package got put into Purolator's backlogged system. I did eventually receive a working part but I'd like my shipping refunded as I didn't receive the service I paid for. I've called the company 4 times and have been told someone will call me back but nobody ever does. I've emailed them twice and only ever got an automated response. Their customer support is non-existent. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered they have an F rating with them. Reviews online show quite a few people getting broken parts with similar shipping delays and non responding customer service. I was lucky enough to get a working part. Hopefully it lasts. These guys are shady though so buyer beware.
