Great service with fast email replies and fast delivery. Slight issue with order which was sorted first thing in the morning and missing item was shipped out immediately.

Great product
Well packaged and fast service from Pauls Cycles. A nice little personalised thank you note with all manuals for each part of the bike. Love the bike and would recommend.
Only small criticism which isn’t at any fault of PC is the delivery company used. Extremely vague on delivery times and having paid for priority 1-2 days delivery doesn’t include weekends so had to take a day off work with an 11 hour delivery window.
