great product, dependable, easy to use

I bought and installed PC Matic last year. But now when I go to do a scan it has analyzing for 15 minutes or more and Malware scan never starts. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled several times and have same problems every time. I have uninstalled permanently and turned off the auto renew and will look for another security program or just let Windows Defender security take care of my computer and just add a VPN.

We are new to PC Matic. We used Norton for 20 years and they did a good job I guess, But I hated paying a Global company, Support was weird at best talking with someone from timbuck2 and the price kept going higher and higher. Installing PC Matic was simple, It's working great Plus it's a USA Company,

I've been a member for over 5 years and have never had an issue. The way it cleans and protects my computer is fantastic!

This works great. I have used 2 other virus programs and this one works just as good if not better, and it hundreds of dollars cheaper. It is so simple to understand and operate. Brother in law told me about this years ago, and he was right. ( Can't believe I said that!)
