The quality and material is absolutely terrible for the price of the item. I bought the Lennox Pants and after a couple of months they are pilled and the hem is already coming undone. they're basically made out of polyester. would never purchase anything from them again

We ordered a couple of items and one pair of trousers didnt fit so we wanted to return them and exchange but the return would cost £30 so that means our refund would be £3 that is terrible to charge someone £30 for a return. Shameful sorry

Love love love the fit of the dress and the dress in general, probs my favourite simple dress everrr!! It is on the pricier side however, but it did come really quickly especially with me being in Australia and ordering it from the UK.

Service was great my package came quickly. For how expensive the items are I thought the quality would be better. The material felt thin and cheap if I’m being honest. I bought the capris and the dress with the shorts built in

I have bought a couple items in the past and really liked them but then my most recent order (denim jacket) was just ok. It looks well made but it’s kinda thin. The denim doesn’t feel very sturdy for how much it cost. Just sits weird when I wear it. No returns but would be nice if I could at least exchange it since I don’t really love it.

I've ordered two pieces from Peachy Den (the black deba top and midi skirt) and both pieces were incredible. I was worried that nylon would be uncomfortable or scratchy, but they felt smooth and breathable!

Shipping was fast despite the fact that I'm in the US and they're a UK based company. Great eco-friendly packaging as well!

I truly love every item from Peachy Den and I have had a good experience each time. The shipping is always quick, the clothes are a great fabric and my sister and I are repeat buyers here... The one time my item had an imperfection upon ordering, the customer service had no problem sending me a return label and a replacement garment which was a nice and smooth experience. We just bought more of the mimi cargos for our other sisters who wanted them. We are kinda obsessed <3

I’ve accidentally ordered the wrong top completely my fault - i send them an email straight away and i had a response within minutes and a refund followed right after that and was in my account in seconds! Honestly it is so rare to have such a top tier customer service experience these days and I own a business and pride myself in it so it’s fantastic to see a brand who cares about their customers. I’ve been ordering from Peachy Den for a few years and they have always been so lovely whenever I have emailed/sent a DM on instagram, responding very quickly and always are able to assist me with any questions i have. In love with my 5 pairs of trousers, Kylie skort dress and long jumpsuit and other tops I’ve got this year since discovering the brand 🫶🏻 such a great service since I can’t make it into store so often. I ordered their Deba midi skirt internationally. FedEx unfortonately had a system-failure and delivered the package in the wrong country. When I contacted Peachy Den regarding the issue, they responded very quickly and offered to send a new skirt without cost. Since I needed the skirt for my graduation just a few days later, they sent it the same day with exspress delivery. Jade, the person responding, was also extremely friendly! Would recommend x
