If I could give it a negative star I would. I place my order 3 months ago and they gave me a false tracking number after I claimed fraud with my bank. I was denied my refund and still I never received my order. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY!!!! placed an order for some wax for $16.99 on 3/13/22. Still haven’t received my order and they don’t reply to emails or Instagram messages. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back. SCAMMERS!!!

Do not buy from this company. They take your money, then the dodgy delivery company say they have delivered when they haven’t. If you’ve bought from them, contact financial ombudsman- I have.

This company is an absolute scam! I placed and order and paid 3 months ago and have still had no delivery. I have contacted them several times and have only had 2 replies saying they have resent my order - this was over a month ago! I have emailed them twice since and have had no reply. I wish I read the reveries before ordering! Absolutely disgusting! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

they just resell the wax from aliexpress, I paid. 16.99 plus tax and on aliexpress its about $3. they literally left the aliexpress label on the package and thats how I figured it out. it took over a month for the package to arrive once it did but I wasn't going to wait around so I disputed the charge with my bank before they even gave me a tracking number and im so happy I did

I ordered a kit several months ago in 2020. I had seen them on tik tok because they had blew up. I ordered. there was an attempted delivery. i emailed because they have no number (not good). they have an auto reply email and rarely ever get back to you after a person respond. I have been asking for a refund for months. This is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered the pink pearl wax because it was on sale. I received my order a month after ordering and I used Shop to track the order like it prompted and I received a package sometime in a Amazon prime bag, but in the past month never ordered from there. Opened it and saw some wax beads, but in Shop it still said not delivered, not even shipped. A couple days ago I get a notification from Shop saying it was delivered, go into the app, “delivered 15days ago”. The wax is good on coarse hair so far but on the legs as they have advertised it? Barely grabs a hair and I’m very disappointed. If you’re going to listen to a review listen to this one, okay quality but you’re most likely getting scammed from someone reselling the beads two times more expensive than it is on Amazon.

They deserve NO stars, I ordered $26 dollars worth of items & still haven’t received my stuff, the owner is a scam artist and should be arrested.

I wished I’d done research and seen the reviews beforehand- I placed an order in October and still haven’t received it. Please don’t buy from them, you won’t get your money back, nor will you receive whatever you’ve ordered.

I never received my products almost three months still waiting. No response to this email.

I am quite confused. First oddity is that my order came to me in an Amazon box. Hmmm...?? Yes, I have heard of drop shipping and whatnot but this was BLATANTLY falsely advertised as being their own brand, pearlwax. Not what I received! Mine says “life stance” on it. When I looked up this “life stance” brand on Amazon it comes right up. I see it costs $36 with FREE prime shipping AND comes with FAR MORE stuff than this did. Sooooo I waited almost a month for this thing to get here, paid a ton more than I should have and could have bought it on Amazon and received it a long time ago What am I missing here? I thought Pearl Wax was its own brand!!! Apparently I was mislead, as it appears most others were as well. I certainly would have just gotten it on Amazon for a THIRD THE COST!

J'ai passé commande le 27 octobre 2019, #66048. Après 1 mois sans nouvelles j'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir ce qu'il en était. On m'a répondu qu'il fallait attendre plusieurs semaines. Aujourd'hui cela fait 4 mois que je n'ai plus de nouvelles et on ne répond plus à mes mails. Je déconseille ce site.

We had a similar experience to others described here. Ordered the product and paid and lot. It never came. My only regret is that we didn't read reviews BEFORE we gave our money to these thieves. Why are they still allowed to offer this online? Where is the internet police to disallow them from stealing from people?

If i could I’d give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered from them back in June. Was patient due to COVID, but after a month with no updates I emailed them. They said they’d “express ship it to me”. Never got an email saying it shipped, never got a tracking number. Now they claim I have it and won’t answer my emails.

I am very disappointed with your company. I placed my order on July 28th and here we are October 7th and have not received my order. You say to email (which I have sent you emails) you for what I do not get a response , there’s no customer service dept. to contact. this is not the way to run a company. How would you like it if the vendor you purchase merchandise from never delivers the product after receiving payment. I would think you would be highly upset. Therefore, I have reason to be very upset. At this time I want a refund immediately . I will also be putting in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of how you are scamming people. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!

Horrible customer service horrible wax it gets hard as a rock and it breaks apart into sheets doesn’t rip any hair out only her skin and It took three months to get here

The wax just falls apart! Hope you like ripping out tiny chunks of hair at a time instead of getting it all in one swift pull.

I bought a product in april and it will be august and they dont even have a legit customer service for explanation. I want my money and they keep saying my order will be soon. Mind u I have no tracking SCAMMMM

Did a great job of ripping off my skin but miraculously leaving all of the hair on.

Tried it on all different temperatures and different parts of my body to make sure it wasn't user error but all I succeeded in was making my self bright red and covered with residual wax.
