if i could give this a 0 star i would, i wasted about 100$ on the site and nothing ever showed up i ordered my wax and melter about april and its almost july and there is no one i can talk to or get refund from i got completely scammed. if anyone knows how i can get a refund or get my order please let me know.

total lies of a company i want a refund!! i have been waiting for long and nothing i recieved i want my money back!!

This product is good for home use it's not as effective as salons standard but good for a fast fix or for lock down. I've used it fir my toes & nasal hair and it has been good for both I'm very happy with the results.( I've not tried legs yet) it's super easy to use and store away after use. The pearl wax beans go a long way when only doing small areas like face,toes etc. I'd definitely recommend this product if you are good at doing beauty treatments at home & on yourself. Well worth the money

Really happy with my purchase. Delivery was quick and timely. The product is of a good quality and for a first time home wax, the product worked well. Had to go over places more than once but I’ve had that happen at salons too and, in my opinion, is just the norm with waxing sometimes. Only point to make is that there could be more detail in instructions about the quantity you need to form a good strip. It took a bit of getting used to and the first couple of strips I used were just too thin. Once I figured this out though, I didn’t have any further trouble. Just a suggestion to help new users like myself. Overall, a good product for home waxing.

I don't even know what to say... ordered two similar orders in the end of november, one to DK and one to AT. The one to AT arrived end of January, but the wax is just poor quality and does not remove the hairs properly. The one that was going to DK just never arrived, and in the end of December I could see that it said cancelled via my tracking number, which I most certainly have not done. No one from the company will give me a proper answer, they just keep saying "we're doing everything we can in order for you to get your package" but they will not even provide me a tracking number for the package. When I gave them the ultimatum of either providing me with the tracking number or give me a full refund, they stopped answering my mails. And here we are, five months later, $60 poorer and without anything to show for it.

Would NOT recommend, just don't.

Do not buy this product. Doesn’t turn on to heat the wax. Such poor quality and a complete scam.

SCAM I ordered over 4 months ago and haven’t received anything. I can’t even get ahold of anyone through the company.

God damn awful!!!
I spent nearly 2 hours on 1 leg and still had hairs all over - this doesn’t pick up any hairs, I went over 1 area 4 times and still it wasn’t remotely smooth, I eventually just gave up, this product is a waste of time
How they can call this a waxing kit when it does not wax is beyond me!

Ordered my pearl wax starter kit a week ago and it arrived today. I have to say, I’m very impressed. I bought it to do my bikini line as I can’t get it professionally done due to Covid 19. I opted for the lavender wax. It didn’t take long to heat up. I followed the instruction on how to warm up the wax and watched a tutorial on how to actually wax the area. I read the reviews on the website before I bought it and they were all good. The only negative ones I have seen are on here. I am honestly really pleased with the product and the end result. My husband also done his nasal hair and he was also pleased. I certainly did not find it a scam as other people have wrote.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Waited over 2 weeks for my product to arrive, and the heater does not even work, it is stone cold so I can’t even heat up the wax pearls I bought !!!!

Complete waste of money.

Ordered from Pearlwax EU to the UK and was advised 2-3 days shipping with a tracking number. Arrived 13 days after ordering with no notification via text or email and no info other than leaving Denmark on the tracking info.

The wax heater arrived without a temperature thermostat light bulb (the little red one that tells you when it’s hot!!) so obviously this was broken before sending and is now a bit of a health and safety hazard for use as there’s no way to tell if the unit is hot.

Ordered lavender wax, received camomile because they’d run out, but they did give me 10% off and an apology so that was fine.

Tried it out and the wax is absolutely awful. Would not recommend at all. We waxed a spot that was clearly hairy on our legs and each time about 10% of the visible hair were coming out, leaving loads (but if you do the same area twice it burns the skin)!

Used another wax from amazon which was similar and had marvellous effects, so it just shows the quality of the wax is poor, but the actual heater itself works fine.

Wouldn’t buy from them again as I somehow doubt I’ll receive a replacement wax heater with a temperature gauge/light functioning.

But would recommend buying a heater similar online for home waxing, and a different wax!

Wouldn’t even give it one star. SCAM. Paid £14 for products, took 2 months then these products arrived that were totally random and definitely did NOT display the name “PearlWax”. Disappointed as an Instagram meme account had posted advertising it, don’t trust Instagram ads! This is the second time I’ve fallen for it UGH.

Total Scam I bought the products 2month now I never received anything I can't even reach them by mail extremely frausted these people are frauds.

Very bad product. My skin was red en Burns. IT dit NOT take al the hairs of my legs. En it,s dry before you apply it to you skin. It took over a Month before i have my package and There was no extra bag of Pearls. And the email my that the would 1 extra bag because of the delay. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This doesn't deserve even one star. Just a big scam! They promised 3-4 day delivery and 2 bags of pearls with the price of 55€ (including shipping fees).
This is what I got:
An e-mail shortly after the purchase saying there's a delay and may take up to 7 days to receive my purchase. After waiting 16 days I e-mailed them and got a response the same day saying "we will send your parcel today if you still want it".. AND they took the money off me for the second time. The parcel was shipped the next day according to GLS. Also, they promised one free bag of pearls because of the delay. Well, I ended up paying in total 110€ and got 2 bags of the pearls, one set of applying spatulas and the machine, which by the look of it is cheap make and will brake after a couple of uses. I sent yet another e-mail about the missing bag and no response. And still missing the 55€ they took off me via PayPal and no sign of getting that money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

OMG I wished I've seen these review before I order, now I am dealing with them. I keep getting emails saying they shipped it with the tracking number, the tracking number they give me does not exist. i continue to email them but it goes no where...i am so sad since i thought they were a good site since Instagram has so many follower. This company is a FAKE, please don't purchase from them!

I had a bad purchase experience from this company. I accidentally made a duplicate purchase and requested a refund on the second purchase that I made. It took me multiple emails to even get a response. once they did respond to me, they asked me for a copy of my receipt. Like, shouldn't you already have that! Why do I need to give you something you can look up on your own? While I was working on getting my refund, I received the product in the mail. The consistency of the product was unusable. I read some other reviews and had the foresight not even to use the product on my own lovely skin. By this point, I wanted a refund on both purchases and asked for such. I never got a response. Negative stars. DO NOT PURCHASE!

%100 ZERO stars for this company. I never received my packed and spent $60 and ordered the beginning of October . Lucky I called my bank, reported fraud and got my money back. Its now been 2 months and I never received my waxing kit. I did however receive an email with a fake tracking number in November and a text with another fake tracking number in December. OH AND the text also mentioned that due to the wild fires my package would be late. LOL THERE ARE NO WILD FIRES!!! Please do yourself a favor and never order from this scamming company.
