Terrible service we ordered covers for our chairs after 4 weeks with no correspondence phoned, told they could be up to 6 weeks (got our money obviously) chased again after 6 weeks told to phone the warehouse they informed us they had never been ordered by the office took another 2 weeks no compensation or even an apology from the office .. didn’t care

Good product and exactly as described. Arrived promptly and given clear and accurate updates about the items (seat cover and cushion) which were to arrive separately.

The furtiture oil has kept our rocker in tip top condition since we bought it from Pepe summer (June) 2017.

Good quality, sturdy and fit for purpose. Delivery on time and very well protected. Varnish product enclosed with clear instructions.

The overall ordering, communication, administration was pleasant informative and helpful. The product ordered was exactly what was ordered and was sent efficiently. Though the delivery was hazardous. Arriving half an hour before scheduled time in the early morning meant I was not dressed. The delivery arrived on a crate and left on the pavement outside the garden gate obstructing the paving. The angle of the components was leaning towards a parked vehicle at the side of the pavement, thus necessitating immediate unpacking as children, prams etc were passing on the school morning run without sufficient space and worry of the assembled tumbling. It may not have done so as that was how it was packed but not how it seemed. Also the pallet was then to be disposed of, which was not a foreseen issue. My second comment is related to the new chair in comparison to the old on. Having built the chair the angle of the seat with the new chain was not right for comfortable sitting and the foot rest angled downwards. I have delayed my comments until I measured the new chair seat with the older similar model to find the chains for the back seat were three links longer than the new one. Now, having replaced the new chain with the old one the seat angle is perfect. This may be owing to changes in the chain sent or to some instruction that could not be followed

Responded immediately to my email (looking for a replacement beam for my Terrassi swing). After an exchange of a couple of emails the repacement arrived 3 days later.

From ordering to delivery very fast. Pallet firm very helpful and efficient. Better assembly instructions would be beneficial. No response from Pepe about delivery charge which quite frankly when you’re spending that much money should not be added as with most other companies.

Ordered Rowena double sunbed for my daughter’s 40 th, over the phone as couldn’t complete on line . Spoke to a very helpful staff member who helped me complete purchase. Delighted with sunbed which arrived when planned . I have had my sunbed for 5 yrs it is so comfortable especially when your back is aching. I love it.

Really long lasting furniture and always helpful with protection etc.xx

I had one small issue but this was resolved with a replacement part with me inside 36 hours
Okay so the chairs you build yourself but that's the wonderful part. You've put something of yourself into the product. Very easy to assemble just watch the YouTube video.
You end up with something that will last you years.

Item arrived quickly...customer service great...had my swing seats many years being able to replace the canopy and cushions make them look like new. Great quality all round....highly recommended.

I have used the furniture protector for at least 20years now and it always makes the furniture look like new again. It is excellent for my pepe circular table and chairs.
Just disappointed that the tin has now changed to a bottle size opening. That means I'll have to find a separate container to pour the oil into and wastage will obviously occur.

Answered questions promptly prior to ordering, prompt delivery, easy to assemble item and good quality. Excellent service from courier as well in terms of delivery….difficult access but he found a way willingly with a smile and good humour. Absolutely delighted with my swing seat.
