Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, we are sorry to hear of your negative experience with us and would like to explain the reasoning behind our broker charges.
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our cancellation fee. As a broker, we incur costs when setting up policies with insurers and aggregators. The Financial Conduct Authority permits us to charge a fee that is considered fair and reasonable. Waiving this fee would mean absorbing those costs ourselves, which we’re unable to do.
Our fees are clearly outlined in the Terms and Conditions, which are presented and agreed to before the policy is purchased. We can see that as a gesture of goodwill the our admin team have reduced the cancellation fee for you meaning your refund is increased.
We hope this gesture has eased any concerns you may have, however if you wish to discuss this further please contact us via our website and we will be happy to assist.
