I am so sorry your order was cancelled. From what I can see the parcel was returned back to us by Royal Mail due to an insufficient address (no house number provided) and a refund was issued.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail advised that the shipping address provided only included a flat number and did not specify a particular door/property within the shared accommodation, which has complicated the delivery investigation. We sincerely apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delivery issue.
We would also like to clarify that we have been in contact with you daily regarding this matter and have already raised a dispute directly with Royal Mail in an effort to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
