Difficult to make changes in the app
I needed to make a change to my named driver. It said i could do so in the app, but when I used the app, there was nowhere to make changes-it said to contact the insurers. I did so by WhatsApp and email( as indicated) 5 days before renewal but to no avail and my insurance has renewed without the updated details
