Get a long term mortgage without interest!
I haven't bought a house yet, but they seem trustworthy, reliable, honest & have integrity. I had a few questions & had a response from Muhammad promptly.
I would definitely want to not pay interest rate on my mortgage & have at least 30 years to pay back 80% after only paying 15-20% down payment! It's like paying rent except you'll own your house at the end.

Lack of transparency
Pfida markets itself as “fair”, “ethical” and “transparent”. In order to verify these claims and before committing myself, I requested a copy of their contracts. I wanted to see for myself how they would put their principles into practice. They refused to share their contracts. We are supposed to take their word for it. That is neither transparent nor ethical. They can and should do better than this.

I spoke to Arsalan Taimour, he was very helpful on the call and guided me to not only my answer but what else the company offers and how I can best benefit from the products. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase their home riba free!

I am still on the waiting list but…
I am still on the waiting list but support has been good so far. My queries are answered within 1-2 days. Taimour has been quick in responding.
Once the funds are deposited in the GYS Home account, a follow up is needed but confirmation is received within 5-10 days of the payment.
I'd prefer automated confirmation, a clarity on where exactly I stand in the queue, and a clear breakdown of the costs involved. Feedback has been given to PFIDA Support team. Looking forward to further improvements in the service.
