Jon arrived early (good!) and serviced our Dyson vacuum. He was clean efficient amd very polite, what's more he got on well with our dog.
I shall keep this service going as it seems an effective way forward.

My Dyson was sitting in my cupboard until Tom can from Dyson to service my machine.
He smelt burnt and said that I need a new motor which will cost me £150! I said no thank you, I’ll throw it away.
Tom said he could dispose of it for me. We put it in a black bag and no machine and I still had to pay him £39.99 !

Mark the engineer was very efficient and polite. On returning the hoover he explained what the problem had been . Thanks also to the office staff who were also very attentive and kept me updated .Overall one hundred percent recommendation for this company .

Ross arrived early, did a good job (though he had to do some of the reassembly a second time) and explained what the problem was and recommended PHC do an annual service. We shall use you again.

The engineer Mark arrived earlier than the appointment time and completed the service within an hour. He was very courteous and polite, at the completion of the service he cleaned the work area, leaving no trace of any debris taken from the machine.

It's a mixed picture. No issues with the work of the mechanic. Efficiency knowledge & tidiness tip top. Also polite.
However the pricing of spare parts is my issue. I was charged £49.99 for a part (exhaust filter) for my Sebo upright X series.
On researching last night I found the exact same on offer from various websites including Sebo and Amazon as well as other dealer companies . Not one charged more than £20 while some were as low as £5.95!
I have called PHC this morning and am waiting for an explanation.
