Shipping not as advertised
Although the product turned out well, I was very disappointed in the shipping. When I placed my order I made sure to choose the 2-3 day shipping after the order was processed. I placed my order 4/23 and was told it shipped 4/27. I then recieved a notice that it was being shipped AMAZON SHIIPPING? and it would not arrive until 5/4!

We do note that each and every order does require a processing and printing time, as the cards ordered are customized and not pre-printed. This can sometimes take 2 - 3 business days depending on a few factors, such as the services purchased with your order. That all said, we do understand delays can sometimes occur in transit, and this is something we're happy to investigate as well as resolve, as we understand the importance of receiving each card on time. Some glitches
The photo I sent turned out blurrier on cards than the original. I had them redone and the cards were not sent back to me by the date promised.
When designing the card, I wish I could have magnified the image so that I could have notice any mistakes easier.
The one rep I spoke to was very helpful but at times I felt I wasn’t being helped properly.

1-The picture on the throw blanket was very poorly can't see them clearly much as I spend on it I should sing the picture I'm very disappointed in the throw blanket…
1- For one this company did not send it to the address that I wrote three times and send it to y'all and said they was putting my address instead of my mom's address this was for her for mother's Day and now she will not receive it is because it was sent to my house.
2- second of all the pictures they put on there was not great quality a lot of them you can't hardly see the person in the picture I thought this company would do a good job what I seen on other stuff but this one the quality was really poor.
3- thirdly I won't be ordering from this company as long as it's like this because when you order things and especially spending a lot of money on one throw blanket you should be able to see pictures clearly, not poorly.
