Creating and editing my son's graduation card was fairly easy and I was very pleased with the cards I received.

Your site specifically says frane size of 11 x 14. What I got was 13 x 16 amd customer service said they can't be replaced because the prints are 11 x 14 with the matting and frame in addition. This isn't communicated anywhere and now I have $100+ in photos that are too big for the space.

Better quality than expected! I wish there was a design on the back since I did a one sided card but wasn’t a deal breaker.

They are good quality cards. If I need to will by from them again

I paid additional $25 for overnight delivery. Placed the order on a Tuesday and it did not arrive until Friday, only just in time for a graduation ceremony. Will you at the very least refund me the $25 for overnight delivery since this did not happen?

What we ordered and what we got was not the same. Luckily we liked what we got. Also my daughter designed her own card but when we tried to upload her design the shading/shadow portion designed to make the words show up better didn't work with her layout.
There are several layouts that are beautiful and it would have made things simple if we had used a template. Now we know for next time.
They came quickly and I purchased a Groupon for 1 sided but was allowed to upgrade when we decided to do both sides

I have used Photo Affections multiple times for cards and announcements and they are always perfect. I will continue to use them as my first choice.

Wow, I wish I looked at the reviews on BBB first. I ordered the largest size big heads for my son's senior night. I ordered three sets all the biggest size and received three different sizes. One of them was correct another was about half the size and the third one was like a quarter of the size. I spent an hour with the AI chat over a two-day period of time trying to get a human response and after spending an over an hour over those times I finally got my first person. They were one of two people that said they would redo my order and mail new ones out to me, Unfortunately they would not arrive in time. The only other suggestion was to return them and get a full refund, knowing that that wasn't really a option since I would have nothing and I counted on this company to get me these for my son's game. The third person I spoke to on Facebook Messenger then tried to say that there is no guarantee of size, that it depends on the picture. Come on, I ordered three different big heads from the same source all pictures of a face and now you're going to tell me that some are really big and some are going to be smaller than an actual face however you are going to pay for a extra large size regardless? If it is an image issue, then why did two other customer service people say they would redo the order? The customer service has been horrendous with this company, the quality control is Dreadful. This is not a image issue this was a mistake that nobody wants to take responsibility for and either I suck it up and pay for something that didn't come out the way I ordered it or I returned it and get nothing for my son's game. Great options. Great company, what a horrendous experience. There is tons of companies out there that do printing, don't waste your time trying to save a few bucks whether it's on Groupon or other deals you find online with this company you'll most likely regret it.

Easy to navigate

Great options and pictures turn out beautiful with a quick turnaround timr. Easy to make changes as well.

The photo card came out darker than I expected. The images seemed to have more shadows on the cards and were darker overall than the original image.
