Beautiful frame
My experience with picture perfect scrabble was nothing but good the girls runing the page are nothing but helpful and reply so quick. An post had a issue with my frame and the girls kept giving me updates on what to do and what they will do unfortunately my frame got lost but the girls had no problem with making a new frame and shipping it out again. These girls are nothing but helpful and nice and the work that goes into these frames are fabulous so happy with my frame and thank you again❤️

I ordered a special gift for a friend…
I ordered a special gift for a friend of mine to ask her to be godmother to my new baby. My frame arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful. Wrapped so so nice also with a lovely note on it which added to the allready beautiful gift. I will definitely be ordering more items from picture perfect scrabble. 🥰

Baby girl picture frame
The picture box was a new baby girl frame for my friend and it’s just amazing..all the little details in the box was fantastic..so much effort went into it and its brilliant..my friend absolutely loved it. The delivery was quick and the box was very well wrapped to protect it from breakage..I would highly recommend anyone to get a picture frame off rose 🤩

Great customer service
Was delighted with the customer service. I received a gift from a friend who had put the wrong date on it, I contacted them and they were amazing to deal with a sent out a replacement heart with the correct month and were very quick to respond to emails. Would definitely buy from them again

Recently got a family frame from picture perfect scrabble.
Had a very small issue with my discount code and emailed them, issue was rectified immediately and the customer care was amazing very nice and helpful.
My order then came really fast, well wrapped and protected and the quality is amazing! Guests are always complimenting it.

The picture box was a Christening Present for my new nephew and it’s just fab, the photo looked perfect, all the little details in the box, just gorgeous, my sister-in-law absolutely loved it.
