Galvanised zinc tall planter
Galvanised zinc range of planters a great alternative to stone options. Very smart and robust, in a good range of sizes. I was looking for a number of tall slim planters, but bought tall wide one instead. Planting insert is a good depth and zinc also, not plastic. Heavy item but delivered undamaged. Very good value for money.

Excellent wheels for planter
Delighted with the service from planters.co.uk. Easy ordering and delivery service. Bought a set of wheels for a decking planter. The wheels came with variety of fixings making installation very easy and flexible. The wheels are very sturdy and easily bore the weight of the planter plus soil and plants. The planter now moves around with ease as required.

Product good, carrier poor.
The 2 planters which I received were good quality and good value and what we wanted, A plus for the product but the delivery was poor.
Two planters boxed separately and packaged correctly marked handle with care, on receipt of the goods one box had been opened and that planter in that box had been damaged on planter edge, other box untouched and product A one condition.
Product good, delivery service of carrier extremely poor.

Awful customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order for a planter in March, and paid for delivery, n the understanding that It would be with me in 8-10 working days. It didn't arrive until mid May! I understand that there was a stock issue which cannot be controlled but the communication from this company was shocking. No delay or delivery updates sent out. Never once able to make contact via phone. When I emailed to request updates, on the whereabouts of my order, it was a minimum of 2-3 days before I received a response! I would NEVER buy from this company again.

We bought a 1m length corten planter…
We bought a 1m length corten planter and loved it so much we bought another 2 75cm corten planters. The instructions do leave a bit to be desired, but with a bit of head scratching you can work out what fixings go where.
Delivery was swift and without mishap.
You definitely need the liner.
We will be buying more.

Customer service unreachable
Ultimately I did not purchase from them - I had a minor query and emailed them numerous times over a few weeks, called them on the phone but nobody picked up (again, numerous times) so decided against purchasing a product because there would be virtually no recourse should there be an issue. Unfortunately others have described this same issue as well, but after a purchase was made. It's fine to have limited/slow customer service, but to sell products and be completely unreachable should not be allowed.
