I have ordered many plants from A Plant Prescription and all of the plants have been so healthy! I recommend 100%!

Brilliant company, I've had no issues and everything I've purchased so far has been of great quality. Plants are packaged nicely!

Ordered three plants, two are in fab condition and the Hoya I ordered was delivered in bad condition. Got it out the box and most leaves had dropped, most of the stalk looks dead. Not happy with quality and don’t believe it was due to delivery and transport as very well packaged.

Easy to order online and plants are beautiful and healthy. Would definitely recommend.

Really happy with both customer experience and quality of plant. My plant was very delicately packaged and arrived in perfect condition. My order was processed very quickly during a busy holiday season. I’m very happy and won’t hesitate to buy plants from here again!

Most of the plants I got were amazing and the packaging was great, they were delivered with no damages or spillages. However one plant already had root rot and a lot of the leaves were dying :( not sure how will it will survive

This was my first plant prescription purchase and I’m still in awe of how amazing it was. From the affordable prices, the amazing delivery to the healthy plants, I’m 100% a happy customer. Most impressively, this is the first online plant delivery I’ve received, where the plants did not arrive in wet stagnant soil which still felt wet a month later. This shows the experience this shop has in plant care. The plants are settled in and thriving. I’ll definitely return to this shop

My plants arrived promptly and in excellent condition. They were very well packed, along with the heat pad which I had ordered. First class service. The paperwork included a hand-written note of advice regarding the care of one plant.

Updated: whilst it took weeks, they went above and beyond to address the issue and my confidence is restored and I am willing to continue to support them!

Poor customer service. Plant in poor state, complained and while I didn’t even ask for a refund initially, I didn’t even get a reply. I am trusting my emails were just missed for some reason…

As a certified Plant-a-Holic I thought I'd visited EVERY plant shop on the planet until I stumbled into the Plant Prescription shop. I don't think I've ever drooled so much...it was embarrassing and a wonder I wasn't chucked out. Anyway, I made a purchase or 2 *Cough!* then returned home & made an online purchase.
Packaging was perfect, beautifully wrapped, zero room for damage and the plant quality...perfect 👌. Will I make be back for more? Definitely! Highly recommend.

My first purchase of 2 plants, 1 of which is relatively rare in UK. Arrived, via Dpd and easily tracked, in excellent condition and very safely packaged. Continuing to thrive and I am delighted with my purchases and will, most definitely, return to purchase more. Thoroughly recommend you check this site out, it has some great plants.
