Fast delivery however plant arrived damaged and no response from customer service. Emailed several times no response. Won’t be ordering from this company again

Issue was not resolved. DPD admitted they did not deliver parcel and sent email as such. Plant prescription did not address this after email was forwarded. I am Stoll waiting for refund or plants purchased to date.
In future I will NOT be using this company again

As always the plant was beautifully packaged and was in beautiful condition. I love receiving plants from here as they are always above expectations!

The delivery was late as it was supposed to be 1/2 days. I ordered on a Friday and on the following Wednesday I got a message stating my plants were delivered by Valentin from DPD. When I checked the picture shown was black.
I notified A PLANT PRESCRIPTION and they said it was delivered and to check with neighbours. After doing this I also contacted DPD who said the driver would deliver the parcel once they got through to him.
Since that time I have called every day to find out where the parcel is and was finally told they are starting an investigation. They did confirm that the parcel was not delivered to my address and would not say if he had delivered elsewhere by mistake.
Meanwhile I still have not received my 2 plants and have heard nothing from A PLANT PRESCRIPTION.
I will have no option but to go on Facebook and Instagram to hopefully get this resolved.

Been searching for a reliable quality seller of houseplants for ages. Came across this website and have not been elsewhere since!

The plants arrived well-packed and in a really healthy condition. You can tell the plants are loved and looked after.

An extremely disappointing experience when visiting A Plant Prescription's retail unit at the Olde Watermill in Barton-le-Clay today on wednesday 1st february 2023. I wanted to buy a rare and expensive plant that doesn't ship very well (Monstera Obliqua Peru) and for that reason i thought it would be better to visit the shop in person. Prior to visiting i checked your website to confirm you were open, i booked the day off work and drove over two hours to find the shop was closed. There was no mention of this on the website. So all in all, a waste of a days annual leave, my time, effort and money. I will now be taking my custom elsewhere and spending my money at a business that appreciates and values it customers

I placed an order on the 19th, I paid for next day delivery and the website says despatched in 1-2 days. My order has still not been shipped 6 days later, I've messaged them this morning and not had a response, this is not the first time I've had this problem. It's a shame because the plants I've bought from here have always been lovely and are all still going strong. I was also offered a 10% discount the last time I had problems with my order and they never sent it.
Edit, I've just repotted my Alocasia Azlanii purchased from here back in November as it wasn't doing too well, I found netting smothering the roots.
