They have competitive prices in my opinion again from others I've compared with. I've always received the price quoted upon sale. There was a Macbook I sent in which didn't meet up to the quoted price and Iain message to explain and also advised that returning it back will be a better option as the re-quote price was very low and I was happy with that. I had originally posted my MacBook Pro online to sell when a friend told me about Plunc. I had a look and they offered me a really good price for it. The whole process was extremely easy and hassle free and the money was in my account the day after I posted the laptop away. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Recycled an iPad and iPhone in late March 2022, after I first tried one of their London based competitors who quoted a slightly higher price and then on receiving the devices halved it saying the batteries were no good.

Knowing there was nothing wrong with the batteries I asked them to return the devices to me, and then sent them to Plunc who have been amazing and incredibly fast and efficient.

In summary, Plunc provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend them to others.
