brilliant, friendly service. they replied to my emails quickly, even late at night, like 10 11 pm. were happy to wait when there was a delay in sending them the phone due to needing assistance from my parents to take it to the post office due to my disability, and even though there was a tiny scratch on the screen they still paid me the full value quoted and accepted my price match request with another site. the prepaid return label was fully trackable on royal mail and the phone arrived promptly the next day, I got an email 7 minutes after royal mail said it was delivered to them, confirming it had arrived with them, so excellent in that regard too as they obviously have a system that auto emails out when packages are scanned in as arrived. got an email later that day saying payment had been sent, checked my bank 5 mins after getting the email to find payment already there. I can't fault them at all and not sure why some others have had a negative experience as mine has been nothing but positive. the website is easy to use and works perfectly with my screen reading software.

Got a quote for recycling a iPad on the Monday with a great price. Recycle package came in the post from Plunc on the Tuesday and iPad posted to Plunc on the Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon the full amount of money was in my bank account. Can’t ask for a better service!
