I recently purchased a new hot tub cover and chemicals. Emma could not have been more helpful in providing advice and guidance.
I have used this company several times since owning a hot tub and find them excellent to deal with.

It was a pleasure dealing with Andy.
The original tub supplier was unable to assist, as my tub was at least five years old and was keen to organise a service visit to "make something fit."
For him, it is not all about chasing a sale, he took time to listen and offered advice on a potential low cost repair scenario. In the end I opted to purchase a complete replacement pump. The damaged unit can be repaired and held as a spare.
I will use him for all future "obsolete" parts for my tub.

Excellent customer service and lightning fast delivery - Emma couldn't have been more helpful if she tried.

A pleasure to use this company, we're very happy with our order. Thank you!!

Thank you to John at the pool and spa centre. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable and lovely to deal with on various products to help me with my outdoor pool. Thoroughly recommended.

Thanks Abi for great service.
Contacted Abi yesterday after I discovered that my order was going to my previous address. She rerouted the package and I received the package this morning. Thank you.

We are very grateful for the expert advice provided by John and the team at Pool & Spa.

When lots of different opinions on equipment choices were being put to us by contractors and other suppliers, Pool & Spa took the time to present the pros and cons as well as their recommendations from experience.

We would highly recommend for domestic or commercial pool equipment.

Christian from SSPC

24 hours and 15 minutes from ordering to delivered. Doesn’t get any better than that

What a great team at Pool & Spa !! Very efficient and friendly service with helpful tips and advice - thank you for being there for us

John was very helpful in making sure I bought the right replacement circulation pump for our rather old hot tub, including getting in touch with the makers in the USA. Thank you.

I have nothing but great respect for this Company. They worked tirelessly to help me resolve an issue despite not supplying the equipment. It was a pleasure dealing with John Barnwell, he was a great credit to this Company, and he certainly went past his call of duty, which surpassed my expectations.

Excellent customer service from Lisa and the technical team resolving a problem with a new pump that I had ordered from them.
I shall now be using Pool and Spa Centre for my future requirements in maintaining my hot tub.

John Barnwell in the sales department was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He sorted out my requirement very quickly and we will be discussing further purchases in due course.
Excellent service!

Ordered hot tub cover, came on the time they stated. Cover was of wonderful quality, fitted just right & looks great too. Highly recommend this company

We ordered new cushions and Filters for my hot tub To coincide with a trip back to the U.K. on the Wednesday before our ferry ( Sunday) no sign of the order I contacted customer service via the email system, got a reply stating they were wait for 1 of the cushions from there supplier!! I asked if they could send what they have now before Sunday. Abbie phone back saying they were going to get the supplier to over night the cushion directly to me and they would send the rest asap. All at no extra charge. It all arrived on Friday Fantastic service thanks Abbie

Great service from Andy and the guys looking after the trade accounts

Contacted for help identifying a replacement pump for my bath, really helpful and identified a replacement pump from a few photos and a bit of information

Disgraceful company. I waited for 9 months for spa pillows I’d ordered before they cancelled because their supplier didn’t stock them any more. Week later they’re selling them again but at a different price point!! Terrible way to treat customers and zero compensation for having my money for 9 months! Avoid at all cost!

I’ve ordered a few little things from Pool & Spa for our hot tub and pool but mist recently we ordered a new lid for our hot tub and they have been amazing from start to finish from measurements to dates to expect our products and when to expect delivery I would highly recommend them

Excellent customer service from Andy, from initial enquiry through to delivery and technical help with installation. Always easy to contact by email or phone whenever I had a question and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Heat Pump, not just because they are competitive but they really do offer 100% genuine customer service and care.

These guys are always ready to help with their experience and knowledge I never deal with any other hot tub company
