Never refunded my money for an event that never took place!
Similar to others i purchased a ticket for an event in London last week. When i arrived at the venue the hosts did not know anything about this event and said there was no booking under PPC. They also said others had also visited and were turned away for the same reason. The hosts were also concerned why PPC had given there details as host of the venue and asked for details to look into it.
The next day i asked PPC for my ticket refund. The support team were very poor and appeared to provide misleading information. Firstly, they said the event was cancelled owing to refurbishment at the venue. Well the hosts would have advised me of this and there other events taking place that very evening so thats clearly wrong.
PPC then changed their excuse and said they had cancelled the event but forgot to send out email cancellation notice. If thats true that sounds really poor and pathetic.
Instead of refunding my ticket they automatically moved me to another event taking place on 15 Sept. I never agreed to this and stated so.
To date, i am still to receive my refund and even reimbursement of travelling outside London to attend the event. The whole day cost me a lot of money and PPC have shown no due care. Hopefully this may provide you with useful feedback should you decide to invest with them.

We do need to add some important context, as this review is not representative of the experience we normally deliver.
Premier Property has hosted hundreds of events over the years and welcomed thousands of attendees through our doors. This particular event typically attracts around 200 people each month, so the fact that only you and one other person arrived at the venue is clearly an unusual situation and an important part of the context.
Our team did not deliberately withhold information or provide misleading explanations. The change was communicated clearly, and once the issue was raised, our team genuinely tried to help and support you throughout.
We also do not simply ignore refund requests. Each request is reviewed against the booking, the terms attached to the purchase and the circumstances involved. Where an alternative event date is offered, this is done so that the attendee can still receive the value of what they originally booked, not as an attempt to dismiss their concerns.
We appreciate that making the journey and then not attending the event was frustrating. However, one very unusual incident should not be taken as representative of the hundreds of events we have successfully delivered or the experience of the thousands of people who have attended them.
Our support team have responded, investigated and tried to assist throughout. If there are still points you believe remain unresolved, we are happy to review the full booking history and correspondence again.
For anyone reading this review, we would simply encourage you to consider the wider picture. When an event normally welcomes around 200 attendees and only two people arrive on a particular occasion, there is clearly more context behind what happened than a single review can capture.

Premier Sourced - A waste of time and money
I was in Premier Property for two years and I did find the property investment education helpful. Then, I attended one of their weekend events on how to become a property sourcer, and set up my own franchise business under Premier Sourced. I choose an area and told to visit that area at least one to two days per week and do about 5 to 10 viewings per day. On top of that I was also told to do the financial analysis for each property that I viewed. This franchise cost me many £1000's and I made no money at all as a property sourcer. When ever I found a property that seemed like a good deal, I was told that it had to have a much greater discount on the price than the vendor was prepared to give, typically 30%. The estate agents did not accept these types of offer. I had my franchise for a year and in that time about 20 other people also were in our group and had bought franchises. Of that group only two or three got a deal and for that they got a small fee. We were often told that someone had got a deal and then when we checked with that person or went on the website, it said that they had not sold their deal. So, to even cover the cost of the franchise you would have to get 4 deals. It does not reimburse you for all the time spend viewing properties and assessing their value. In conclusion, would not recommend buying a franchise with Premier Property, as it is not a worthwhile investment in my experience.
